GoogleThey used to charge high fees for applications and if you were unsuccesful they wouldn't give you a reason. Making themselves over £100 a pop. Thankfully the government has now made this unlawful and rightfully so.NegativeValue

GoogleProfessional company and staff. Sold my fathers house within months of listing. Cannot recommend enough for the way the sale was processed and I was kept up to date throughout.

From the initial visit by Mark who was so sensitive and patient with me, following the death of my mother, through Ruby who was always cheerfully efficient on the phone and finally Louise who went over and above in holding my hand (metaphorically) and keeping me informed every step of the way. GoogleWhere do I start? This company withhold crucial information regarding the properties that they are selling. And are only interested in marketing their higher end properties that are going to make them more money. The 2 brothers that run the company are rude and arrogant and they will not return calls or emails when you try to complain about their work practices. Basically once they have their money they do not care anymore. We were blatantly lied to regarding a property that we bought from them and have been left out of pocket and having suffered much mental distress. Avoid at all costs and if you do end up dealing with them I recommend you do most of the work yourself and don't believe a word that Mark or Ryan say.

GoogleTo say our first investment property has presented us with some challenges is an understatement, but I'm a true believer in acknowledging the greatness of the people who help you. Sugden's Estate Agents in Queensbury have been AMAZING 👏. I really can't thank Maxine Emmerson enough. She's gone over and above what I would expect from an EA and has been patient and supportive, regardless of what issues have arisen. Estate Agents get a lot of grief, but we couldn't do what we do without them and I'm truly thankful for everything they do.
