We had a great experience working with Stretton's who dealt with the sale of our office property - no nonsense, no 'bull' or 'blag' just straight down the line professional - our point of contact Tom Schwier was excellent in managing and putting the sale together and was a good and regular communicator - we got several very good offers quite quickly and his guidance was invaluable in helping us decide which offer to accept - would not hesitate in using Stretton's again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Awful service. Took them more than a month to replace a window after a break-in. Claimed £1,400 for a repaint. Sadly, there is not an option of giving zero stars on Google - would not recommend this estate agent to my worst enemy.

the worst commercial landlords in London. If you want professionally inept and unethical service then go ahead and choose them as your landlords. They will supply you with sub standard premises which have hidden problems which will cause trouble for your business. As soon you let them know about any problems it takes them months to respond.

I worked with Ben Kaye whom has been brilliant as soon as he got on board. He helped us with a really good location and assisted us the entire process. Overall, working with Strettons has been a pleasant journey and I hope there'll be more chances in the future as well.

We spent around six months seeking the right commercial space for us. Other agents failed to return our calls and cancelled appointments. But we found Strettons had the most interesting properties and most helpful staff. As a result, we have taken a lease on a four storey Grade II listed building in E1 we are very excited by.

I've worked with at least a few agents in London and to be honest have become somewhat jaded over the years but Tom & team at Strettons really impressed. We had a really aggressive timeline to move into a new office and they absolutely made it their priority to try and help us to achieve it. Always responsive and professional, I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
