I am a 44 years old an a Gas Safe Engineer. I have been working in maintenance since 1996. Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons. I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel. Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved. Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc . Which is rubbish! We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review. Don't listen to they answers

I've moved home many times and each time there has always been some sort of problem or issue along the way. When I came across my new place, Strettons were incredibly helpful and worked to my (very short) deadline to move. The team were friendly, responsive and explained things without being patronising. They made the move really easy to manage and it's a really lovely place. Since moving in, there's been a couple of small issues which were dealt with incredibly quickly and it's really easy to get hold of their team.

Strettons is the best commercial agent in East London in my opinion. The team (Tom, Chris, Abas, Sean etc...) is always super helpful and really looks after their clients. They know what we want and always get in touch with us when they think a deal fits our business need. Can't recommend them enough 👍👍

Found them really unprofessional, have called few times and left messages ,got told that I will be called back but never happened,so how they expect to make a sale with this sort of staff ??? Always when you see a low rating,you should question yourself whatever you want to do business with this company,all rating are real Stay away from unprofessional companies

The flat was damps damage wall did nothing plus charge me 120£and no proper fan for the kitchen they are useless and take your money for no reason not trust worthy this agancy

Good service. Respond to calls. Honest and old school. But please speed up the auctions. These slow bidders are allowed far too much time. It encourages silly gamesmanship and is very irritating.

Wish I could give this estate agent 0 stars. Awful service from the agents themselves, never respond to emails or calls. The rep at the branch hung up on me twice and tried to claim the call dropped. I had to live with rats for over 6 months because they were to lazy to rectify the situation. Took them 3 weeks to return my deposit even though I left the property in a good condition. STAY CLEAR OF USING THIS ESTATE AGENTS

By definition, we can’t “fix” an auction since we have no control over who bids, and no knowledge of who a successful bidder will be. Auction is often used as a means of selling, precisely to show that it is an open and transparent process. By urging people not to bid, you are simply harming another client by reducing the amount that they will receive. If I could give zero, I would with no hesitation. Currently renting one of their flats in Haringey, Strettons are beyond imagination. We got in and the flat was basically falling apart with wholes on the kitchen floor, rotting skirting and yellow stains on the walls. Unbelievable. They are extremely disrespectful, they have been ignoring our simple requests since day 1. I had to escalate to the Council to have the bloody front door fixed after 7 embarrassing months paying rent. Please, from the bottom of my heart, DO NOT RENT WITH THEM AND SAVE YOURSELVES FROM HUMILIATION AND FRUSTRATION. Strettons should be ashamed of themselves.
