GoogleThe Cooke team were excellent. Concerning the sale of my mother in-laws property in Howdens in March 2026. Their promotion of the property ensured we had lots of viewings, all managed by their team and feedback on each visit provided. They maintained constant communication through a complicated sales process regarding dependent sales. It helped remove the stress from the whole process. This is the third time in using Cooke both buying and selling and they have been faultless every time. Special mention for Charlotte, Julie and Nigel although the whole team were great.

GoogleWe sold our house in 2025 through Maddisons, and Karen (and the team) were amazing every step of the way. It was an unusual property, I live overseas, the buyers were tricky, lawyers were delayed and we needed additional last minute help to empty the house to meet the deadline - but everything was handled with professionalism and expert guidance. Karen also has great local networks - a moving company helped us at the 11th hour, only because they knew it was for her. She truly went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We’re so glad we chose Maddisons, and you can absolutely trust Karen to manage even the most challenging situations. Highly recommend!
