Unfortunately there are circumstances out side of our control and whilst we would hope that every property transaction is a smooth one as we are a 'No win no fee' agency, we do try our up most best in getting every transaction through. Unfortunately with this particular property, matters had to be pursued and taken through the courts midway, something that was not made clear to us at the time of marketing. Not only are its fees competitive and fair, I am also impressed by the professional standards and excellent efficiency of its staff and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this particular firm to potential landlords looking for agents. In particular, I highly commend the services provided by their Mr Rowan Mohan who was outstanding from the very outset. While handling the rental of my London apartment, he was very helpful, committed and resourceful. There was robustness in his advertising outreach and attentiveness in keeping me updated on a regular basis. As a result, he was able to secure a number of viewings and even fast turn-around.

GoogleStones sold our flat in Hayes end recently and I have been really impressed with the way they carried out the sale. Selling a property is never easy and is time consuming however stones were always available to talk and explain the next steps, sometimes acting as the median between the buyer and their solicitors. I would recommend the team at stones from Scott and Courtney in sales to Ruban handling the latter phases. I had numerous discussions with Ruban in the end and every time we spoke he reassured it and moved the conversations to a resolution. Thanks Stones and I wish you all the possible success. GoogleScott, Courtney, Reuben and all the staff were so supportive, friendly and professional in showing people around our home with an offer within no time. Plenty of viewings and a fair offer for our property. Very knowledgeable of the area around for viewings and always going the extra bit for you as nothing was impossible for them. Even after our move and revisit back to see friends and attend health appointments. They're very informative and they offered great advice to us as well for buying as well as selling. Very recommendable to others as well.

GoogleI am a tenant with Stones Property and I only have great things to say about them. The team is professional, dedicated and kind. Any issues are resolved very quickly, and they are on top of any maintenance request made. They also will answer any questions you may have in a timely manner, and they go out of their way to help as much as they can. They are very easy to contact and respond to queries in a couple hours even when they are very busy. Even before making an offer, they were very accommodating for the viewing as I had to come from another city, and kept in touch throughout. The team has a great communication amongst themselves and they all make one feel very comfortable. I have to praise Serge, Sanj, Simrat and Courtney for their competence, professionalism and more importantly, for solving problems well and quickly, no matter how big or small.

GoogleWe had a great experience with Stones Property, they were professional, handled a transaction of selling 2 of my properties at the same time. Scott and Ruban in particular were friendly, professional and on the ball from the get go. Definitely recommend Stones! :)
