GoogleRhys is a fantastic example of consummate professionalism. My dealings with him have been nothing short of gold standard, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

GoogleThe Newent office couldn't help enough when we were purchasing through them, especially with the 30th June deadline looming they did everything they could to help push this through for us just in time! Highly recommendPositiveResponsiveness

GoogleLuke, Kathy and Laura where fab at keeping us updated with progress of our purchase through them, the communication was brilliant and they went above and beyond in what was a very difficult chain to keep moving through issues outside all of our control. Thank you!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe found Tom and his team very efficient with great communication from the start. His extensive knowledge of the local area was very refreshing after our experiences with other agents.

GoogleBlake was extremely helpful and polite throughout. Returns calls promptly. Stays in touch. With the signing of the agreements Phil was very patient in explaining everything in detail. All round a very pleasant experience.

GoogleThanks for the great service from Rhys and the rest of the Newent team. Generally, a very good experience on a property that was not straightforward to sell, so the team had to put up with a lot of phone calls from myself, stressing over the many aspects of the sales process which, on the whole, they dealt with admirably, and I felt supported by them. Would recommend their services.

GoogleFriendly and professional service from all the team in the Newent branch while purchasing a property. We were very impressed at the service we received. Luke and Jo oversaw our sale, and were great at communication and keeping us informed. Nothing was too much trouble. We finally get the keys this weekend. Thanks very much for all your help.

FacebookFrom the very first viewing we had they told a relation about it before I was notified (the seller). So from the get go it didn’t go well. All the way through the process I was constantly ringing them up for feedback on how our viewings went they never rang me off there own back once to let me know. I would not recommend Steve Gooch to anyone I feel they are not worth the money you spend on them they do not justify the money because they make no effort at all with there customers. If I ever move again Steve Gooch tuffley will not be taking my business

FacebookWe can't praise Glen, Mandy and the team at Steve Gooch Estate agents, Mitcheldean office enough they went out of there way to make our move as smooth ad possible. Went the extra mile to get things sorted before we moved in and help and advice after we've moved in. These things made the difference to us and I'm sure to many other house buyers and sellers. Just like to thank them again for the kindness and consideration too . We would highly recommend them in the future. Thanks again.

GoogleMy daughter and I have called three times over the past two weeks for information. The first two calls were not returned at all, and the third took over a week, by which time we had gone to an agent in Lefbury.
