GoogleWe had a wonderful experience with this estate agent, despite the house sale falling through several times. The staff were completely positive throughout and finally we did sell our house. They always go the extra mile and long opening hours means theres always a friendly voice at the end of the phone if you have a problem. Highly recommended!

GoogleAfter a very trying process due to lots of 'red tape' outside of their influence, the team at Steve Gooch did an amazing job of getting our sale through after a long 8 months. Rhys did a great job at marketing our property and showing it to its best and did find our eventual buyers. An absolute asset to the company was Jo Gooch (Sales Progressor). She worked tirelessly - even whilst on holiday, to keep communications going with all parties and keep the pressure on those that needed it! She is a star and every estate agents need a 'Jo'. Never having done this process before, we didn't realise the significance of a Sales Progressor. I believe that not all estate agents have them but don't underestimate the significance or power of this. Jo, thank you so much for being on our 'team', we couldn't have done it without you. From a very grateful John, Maria and Nathan

GoogleA quality service from the first enquiry, through preparation of details, viewings, an offer and eventually to exchange. Communication was good and the progress team were particularly tenacious in chasing the chain and keeping us up to date.

GoogleThank you for your patience, we got their in the end. It was a pleasure dealing with you and your company from the outset, I fear hard times might be coming in the property market, but with your level of service you are bound to survive. We wish you much success in the coming days and weeks you deserve it! Best wishes David & Debbie

GoogleI honestly can’t recommend an estate agents more than Steve Gooch. Our house was inundated with viewings and we sold incredibly quickly. Not only did we get such a quick sale, the negotiation on the purchase price blew us away and we sold for more then we thought we’d get. All thanks to Tom, Jo and team for their fanatic work. We had a flow of constant viewings and they clearly did a fabulous job on marketing our house given how quickly it sold for. Something we’ve NEVER experienced from an estate before is how proactive Steve Gooch Estate Agents are. Jo was keeping us constantly update to date from the initial viewings, to working with our Solicitor, our buyers Solicitor and the vendor to keep things moving, chasing for updates and keeping us in the loop at all times. Jo really had our best interests at heart to get our move date.It has been nothing but a stressFREE experience. We now are about to exchange and move into our forever home and it’s all thanks to Tom, Jo and team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Exceptional, friendly, professional proactive service. We can’t thank you enough

GoogleTop service from Tom, Jo and the team. Very proactive in helping us sell our property and in helping find a suitable place for us to move too. Nothing pushy, took the time to understand what we were looking for in our next house and found it. Two very happy clients and if I get over the stress of a move and do it again we’ll certainly be looking to these guys to help.
