GoogleGlen and the team at Steve Gooch Mitcheldean have gone above and beyond in selling my late mother’s house. With living in Australia we have had to sell it without being around, Glen has looked after the house by regularly checking on it as it was empty. They have helped and guided us through the whole process. Would highly recommend them.

GoogleWhen I originally enquired to view a house through this branch of Steve Gooch, the tone was set just right from the outset. Glen was incredibly helpful, communicative and friendly throughout the process of getting my purchase agreed. Subsequent dealings with Mandy and Daniel were also incredibly friendly and professional. Unbeknown to all of us, however, was that a conveyancing nightmare would follow. The sale had multiple opportunities to fall apart, for many different reasons. Fortunately, Alison was on hand to guide the sale through the difficult times. She often went above and beyond making calls and gathering information that, frankly, solicitors should have been doing. Alison's grasp of the situation, understanding the nuances of the conveyancing process and her communication skills allowed things to progress as smoothly as they possibly could. We are extremely grateful for her input, and I can only say "thank you" once again. If we ever sell, I want this team on my side - and I have no hesitation in fully recommending them.

GoogleI recently sold my parents' home through the Steve Gooch team in Mitcheldean. From the start when Dan visited to value the property, right through to successful completion, my dealings with all of the team there were very pleasant, particularly Alison who kept me in the loop at the final stages. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and competent, and communicated with me at every step along the way. I couldn't fault the service and would have not hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their house.

GoogleWe had a great experience from start to finish with Steve Gooch. Our agent Glen consistently went out of his way to make the purchase process go as smoothly as possible. He was readily available throughout and answered any questions we had (a lot of them as we were buying our first home). Collecting the keys was an exciting process and we received a moving in hamper which was a very nice touch. Unfortunately on moving day we were surprised by a water leak. Glen instantly got in contact with the vendor to come to an agreement which we managed to resolve. Aftercare was just as good as the rest of the purchase process. I would recommend to anyone, and will be selling through Steve Gooch in the future.

This has been our family home for all of our lives, and a home that hold so many special memories. Selling the property was an emotional decision, but Glen from the beginning was not only professional and knowledgable, but also compassionate and understanding of how much this home meant to us.
