GoogleStaff were good right from the start. They arranged to see me at the house at a convenient time for me twice. They kept me updated throughout the process and answered my questions and requests promptly. They are all very friendly and efficient. I would recommend this agent.

GoogleI viewed a house for sale with Steve Gooch Estate Agents. I drove 290 miles to view it. The guy showing me around was late arriving and certainly wasn't what I would describe as friendly or welcoming. He spent the entire time playing with his phone. The only time he really said anything was when he told me there's already an offer on it and it's close to the asking price. It would have been nice if I was told that before driving for 5 hours to see the place.

GoogleAlison is amazing in Mitcheldean. We bought our beautiful cottage from them. Alison was the only agent out of about 6 who called me to find out my actual requirements. Communication was brilliant, very proactive and really lovely people to deal with. Alison’s ongoing interest in the property and what we are doing to it makes me very proud to have used the best agent to buy our stunning cottage.

Throughout the entire process, they kept us well informed, making what can often be a stressful experience much smoother. Highly recommended!

GoogleGlen Webb is an extremely professional salesman. He took his time showing us around the property and answered all questions which we had. His know of the property and area was second to none. We called Glen about 10 minutes later with an offer which he put to the vendors. Communication for me is key and Glen excelled that. Thank you really looking forward to moving to our new home
