GoogleGreat work by staves, we had some interesting circumstances by which we needed to sell our property but they were really great at providing us with all the necessary documentation and support throughout our sale and also assisted it helping us search for a property too. 100% would recommend.

I am looking to raise a claim of gross negligence regarding the letting of my property by this company. The letting was badly mismanaged with a number of serious errors, and ended up with the property being used as a cannabis farm with massive damage caused. Staves did not supply a tenancy agreement for the last tenant, did not register the deposit as is legally required, took no action when the previous tenant was in breach of the tenancy agreement by changing the locks and subletting, as well as the lack of inspections through them not endeavouring to get new keys from the tenant. I also have doubts that proper referencing was even undertaken for the last tenant.

GoogleThe “lady” that called us today was only too happy to tell us we hadn’t been accepted for the house we desperately wanted. She basically laughed in our face. Will never EVER use staves again. Family and friends have been told to avoid this estate agents too
Hi Riki, I am sorry your offer was not accepted by the vendor of this property. I understand that it can be very disappointing when you lose out to another buyer, however I do not believe that my colleague behaved in the way you claim, having witnessed the phone call myself. My colleague acted with great care whilst informing your partner of the vendors decision and it would have been totally out of character for her to have conducted herself in this manner, as the dozens of positive reviews would suggest.
