GoogleHaving to sell our parents property was something we were dreading. We spoke with several local Agents and Staves gave us the most confidence in the way they would look after us throughout the selling process and in how they would market the property. We were delighted with the sales particulars and the speed in which they marketed the property. As we lived away from the property, we were pleased Staves were happy to accompany potentail buyers on their viewings. Sadly we had to remove the property from the market for a time due to probate, but Staves assured us they would keep potential buyers informed. Before it officially came back onto the market, Staves had found a buyer able to proceed with the puchase and the sale went through within 2 months. Throughout the process we felt well advised and supported, with particular thanks to Leanne for all her hard work.

GoogleCan't comment if you're selling or buying But if you're renting ensure you get every single interaction recorded, they refuse to make repairs (took almost a year for them to bother to fix vents that were causing mould breakouts they only bothered to fix because I started calling daily, prior they would simply say "we will look into it" and then claim "we never got told about this" despite it being the same guy on the phone each time, thankfully I had emails proving he'd been informed and had photos So all in all standard low level landlord

GoogleI had an appointment with Staves for a valuation.. they simply didn’t turn up! When I rang them to ask where they were, I was told my appointment wasn’t communicated between branches and no one would be coming! I was put off arranging another valuation by their disorganisation and unprofessionalism. If they struggle to coordinate a valuation.. I dread to think how they plan on selling a property. Dodged a bullet.
I am very sorry that there was some confusion over your valuation appointment. We carry out a large number of free valuations per week and misunderstandings such as this are extremely rare. I am sorry you did not want to re arrange your appointment and have formed such a negative view of our company based on this experience and have seen it necessary to provide us with a 1 star review.
