GoogleI've been very impressed by the way Adam and Statons deal with there customers, Adam is a leading sales agent and a extremely experienced property advisor, but apart from this, he's a very nice human being. He sold our house in record time and for the record amount in our area. At all times he was very respectful of our wishes and any concerns we may of had. Each time we have delt with Statons over the years it has always been a good experience leading to a satisfactory conclusion. If you are thinking of buying selling, or renting your home, I would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleI have been so impressed by the team at statons Estate agents Hadley wood, I have just sold a house in Hadley wood, it took 3-4 weeks, it is a probate sale. Starting with Nick Staton, who from day one, gave me great advice and help with the legal questions I had , Then day to day Lucia and Maria were the most helpful, confident, and friendly sales people part of the team, and lastly Adam who advised me on the best way to handle the different bids we received. If you are looking for the best estate agents in the area chose Statons.

GoogleWe have used Statons for over 20 years concerning various property sales and rentals. Both myself and my husband have always found Statons staff ethos and work ethics honest and open. Our house was recently sold by Statons very quickly given its size and cost. Adam who handled our sale was very professional throughout. We would like to thank Adam for a smooth sale matching us with the right buyer and we would definitely recommend Statons services.

GoogleJoe and is team at Statons Brookmans Park were amazing to deal with. We cant have been easy to cater for, having had a lot of viewings till we found the perfect house (which we did) From start to finish in buying our new home they were so helpful and made the whole process a lot easier.

GoogleMy husband and I engaged Joe Vaccaro at Statons for the sale of our property in Cuffley in late 2023. We chose Joe because he was personable, transparent and clearly very experienced. His marketing strategy for our house sale and his reassuring advice throughout was invaluable. Once he had rapidly identified our buyers through his network, the process moved at pace and he kept us updated throughout. From the beginning, Joe made us feel like our transaction was a priority, and we felt he went above and beyond on our behalf as he led us through the process. We’d recommend Joe and Statons without hesitation. Dr Sharron Bennett

GoogleWe worked with Larry and the Statons Team on our recent purchase and were really pleased with the service. Larry is personable and listens to his clients, which is a quality that can often be missing from a salesperson's skillset. He was efficient and a good communicator. Overall, Statons were a great outfit to deal with. Thank you for helping us find our new home!
