GoogleLarry was excellent throughout. We bought a property in West Finchley and that was advertised through Staton's and Larry's service was second to none. He was always happy to answer any questions we have and generous with his time and equally accommodating when we wanted to view to property to take measurements etc after the sale has been agreed but before legal completion. On top of this, the sales progression was great.

GoogleLarry from Statons helped us sell our property in Whetstone (N20). Larry was professional, pro-active and took our preferences into account. We were happy with the service including the quality of pics, advert, rich database of clients, viewing arrangement, co-ordination with all parties throughout the process. Would recommend!

Unprofessional at Brookman’s Park, went into the office to ask them to visit my house because we are thinking of selling our house in Brookmans Park, I presume they do not serve people of colour. I should have learnt my lesson the first time when I bought the house off them, the “ can you afford it look”

GoogleI've been very impressed by the way Adam and Statons deal with there customers, Adam is a leading sales agent and a extremely experienced property advisor, but apart from this, he's a very nice human being. He sold our house in record time and for the record amount in our area. At all times he was very respectful of our wishes and any concerns we may of had. Each time we have delt with Statons over the years it has always been a good experience leading to a satisfactory conclusion. If you are thinking of buying selling, or renting your home, I would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleI have been so impressed by the team at statons Estate agents Hadley wood, I have just sold a house in Hadley wood, it took 3-4 weeks, it is a probate sale. Starting with Nick Staton, who from day one, gave me great advice and help with the legal questions I had , Then day to day Lucia and Maria were the most helpful, confident, and friendly sales people part of the team, and lastly Adam who advised me on the best way to handle the different bids we received. If you are looking for the best estate agents in the area chose Statons.

When we needed tact, diplomacy and reassurance she was there for us. She was always totally honest, straightforward and direct, so that we knew exactly where we were at any time. She has seemingly boundless energy and, when the occasion arose, she was a real fighter on our behalf. Above all, she understands the sometimes subtle art of successful negotation.
