GoogleA mid-sized realtor that still manages to provide a personal touch - thoughtful, whilst still professional. Dealing extensively with the Brookmans Park office the whole team was always responsive and insightful - particular shout out to Nicola - the branch manager. Attentive and informed - I'm almost sorry to see the transaction complete. Not all agents in Brookmans Park are equal - choose wisely if you want a stress-free process.

GoogleWe bought our new house through Rory at Statons. He was communicative and accommodating throughout the entire process. The house was unoccupied and any time we needed to go to get builder quotes or gain access, he would meet us with the keys and it was never too much trouble. Rory was also very honest at keeping the vendors realistic about the sale price unlike other agents we have dealt with over the years. Highly recommended.

Being able to sell off-market was fantastic, as she ensured there were very minimal disruptions from viewings. GoogleJosh was outstanding throughout our entire purchase process. He showed us many properties and was proactive from day one, always making time and giving honest, helpful guidance. Once we agreed a price on the house we liked, his dedication really stood out. He followed up on every action point immediately, kept on top of all outstanding items, and maintained constant communication between us, the seller, and the solicitors. He was incredibly responsive throughout, messages and calls were always returned quickly, and he even coordinated across different time zones, often working late into the evening to keep everything moving. There were several moments where the deal could easily have fallen apart, but Josh stepped in each time, speaking to both sides, managing expectations, and keeping everyone aligned and focused on getting the transaction over the line. Without him, we are certain the sale would not have gone through. He’s an absolute superstar in our eyes, and we couldn’t recommend him more highly.

From the very first viewing Maria was fantastic - incredibly responsive, always available when I needed something, and genuinely supportive throughout what can often be a stressful process. She must have shown me the property around five times and was always patient, helpful and professional. Maria really went above and beyond to help get the deal over the line and made the whole experience much smoother than it could have been. A great experience overall and I’m very grateful for all the work she put in. Highly recommend both Maria and the Statons Hadley Wood team.
