GoogleWe recently purchased a property marketed through Starkey & Brown and received excellent customer service from start to finish. They are a genuinely lovely, personable company who really care about their clients. Unfortunately, our sale initially fell through, which meant our purchase was put on hold. It was a very stressful time, but our wonderful sellers kindly waited while we found another buyer, and Starkey & Brown were incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Thankfully, our house sold again and we were finally able to purchase our dream home, thanks in no small part to the Lincoln team at Starkey & Brown. In particular, Anita was fantastic throughout. Her communication was always clear and reassuring, and she showed genuine compassion when things felt uncertain, along with real enthusiasm to achieve the best possible outcome for us.
