Lucy in the sales team went above and beyond our expectations, we bought a property they were selling, I went with Purple bricks. We had a very long 8 months with several completion dates and falling through. Lucy was fantastic keeping me up to date with everything, even checking in on me when she didn’t need to. Although they wasn’t my estate agents I wish I had gone with them. I would 100% go with them in the future, kind, caring , brilliant communication, always got back to you when you phoned. 10 out of 10 for Lucy and the team

All in all a really good all round experience with the Lincoln team. Frazer coming round to value and photograph was very friendly and thorough. Angie who co-ordinated the sale was brilliant. Communication was frequent and useful and she was very proactive in her advice to help the sale go through as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Cannot recommend Starkey & Brown enough for selling my late mum and dad’s house. The communication from the start has been outstanding, they went above and beyond to make the painful process easier. Everyone I spoke to was both professional but yet friendly. Anya, who did valuation, was so lovely and positive who took the time to explain everything whilst being understanding. A special big thanks to Angie, who has been kind, understanding and shown nothing but compassion and empathy for our situation. Thank you so much.

Moving home can be an extremely stressful experience, particularly in a chain situation. However, Anita Freeman at Starkey & Brown was consistently proactive and maintained excellent communication throughout. She provided a calming and reassuring presence during a chaotic period, and I am certain that without her dedication the sale would have faced further delays. The service received was truly excellent.

We recently purchased a property…

We recently purchased a property through the Starkey and Brown team and I wanted to leave a review to say how impressed we were with the service throughout. Ben was super helpful from the very beginning. He arranged the viewing quickly, supported us through the negotiation process, and played a key role in helping us agree a price and secure the property. His communication was clear and proactive, which made a big difference. I’d also like to mention Angle, who took over as sales progressor once the sale was agreed. She went out of her way to help during the process and even after completion. She was particularly helpful in tracking down and locating the garage key after the sale, which really showed her commitment and level of service. Overall, we were really impressed with the support we received from start to finish. Thank you both for making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Anita at Starkey & Brown highly enough. I listed my house with them at the end of July 2025, and by the end of September an offer had already been accepted, which was fantastic. The whole process was going smoothly until, unfortunately, my solicitors suddenly ceased trading. This was an incredibly stressful situation, but Anita was absolutely amazing throughout. As soon as she found out, she immediately helped by sourcing quotes for new solicitors and provided me with excellent recommendations straight away. I decided to go with the solicitors Anita recommended, and they have been absolutely brilliant. Thanks to Anita’s quick action and support, within just a week of my previous solicitors ceasing trading, my sale was back on track and picked up exactly where it had left off. I am now due to complete tomorrow, and I genuinely do not think this would have happened so smoothly without Anita’s help, professionalism, and dedication. She went above and beyond during a very stressful time, and I am so grateful for all of her support. Thank you, Anita and the rest of the team at Starkey and brown for your outstanding service from start to finish!

I can’t speak highly enough of Starkey & Brown. From the outset they were different to many other estate agents - they listened, made us feel at ease and were very thoughtful in the wsy they handled my elderly parents who were selling. They secured the best price for our property, quickly. It ended up being a complex and lengthy chain but Angie Powell navigated it all with absolute grit and determination to get it over the line going above and beyond at every turn. We couldn’t have got there without Angie’s hard work and drive. I highly recommend them
