GoogleWe approached Starkey & Brown in Scunthorpe to find us a tenant for our rental property. We dealt with Kay who was absolutely brilliant, she had found us a tenant within 3 days , she kept us updated all the way through the process, her knowledge and experience is exceptional . GoogleAll the staff at Starkey & Brown have been a pleasure to deal with, they have helped us find the house we have been looking for. Nothing was ever to much trouble, Aimee helped us with any questions we had and always got back to us quickly. Kara met us three times at the property and each time was warm, welcoming and helped us with any quarries we had, nothing was to much trouble she went above and beyond.

Kay is without a doubt the kindness and most professional person I have worked with in this industry. Her communication was second to none, and throughout the process she was so supportive and understanding. When there was a issue with the first place we tried to rent (not the fault of Kay or Starkey and Brown) you could tell Kay genuinely cared about the situation and helped to find a solution quickly. Couldn't be happier with the support we've received during a very stressful long distance non fault eviction move. Would recommend to anybody for letting or buying a property.

GoogleAlthough Starkey & Brown were not acting for us in the sale of our property, they were extremely helpful in keeping us up to date with the purchase of our new property & also advice on what to do about our sale, a lot more than our actual estate agents were. In particular Angela Powel was really helpful. We wont be moving again but if we were we would definitely use Starkey & Brown.

Kara came to value the property and had researched the market and so we were able to agree a price quickly. GoogleWe had our property on the market with a well known estate agent in Scunthorpe for over 12 weeks, we felt they left us idling, they were only interested if we brought the price down. Starkey and Brown took over, Kara was amazing. She came to our home to speak to us, she was ready to take pictures there and then and within 24 hours, our property went live! Within a week we had an offer, admittedly it fell through but within 6 weeks we were back on. The service has been top notch! The ladies are friendly and very knowledgable. So far we've been kept in the loop. Fingers cross the next step goes as well as the first half. Well done guys!
