GoogleStay well clear of this company. We rented a house from these for more than 3 years, paying £695 a month, nearly £30,000 in rent, and never missed a payment. We had a house check every 6 months without being asked to correct anything. Then, all of a sudden, start getting finance advisors and visits off the owner. We asked Stapleton, and derby was the owner after his house back and got reassured he wasn't on two occasions. A couple of weeks go by, and they send the poor man who shows people around the houses to do their dirty work. Give us a section 21, none fault eviction notice. 2 months to leave the house. They didn't even have the decency to speak to us. So after spending a lot of time and money, we finally moved out. This is even a bigger joke. Stapleton and derby have put the house back up for rent for £750. There should be laws against this to protect the tenants. But to be honest, we are now glad to see the back of them. They never use to fix issues , every house visit they use to take a list, and then take a list of issues the next visit exactly the same issues. And the house was never worth £695 never mind £750 my oldest daughter lived in a shoe box for a room which they have now advertised as 3 large bedrooms . Good luck to the next tenants who get conned. We are well rid of these cow boys

GoogleContacted numerous times about a property advertised and each time got told that they "havent done anything" with the property yet and will contact us when they are organising viewings. Fair enough with the current pandemic. The property now says Let Agreed and we where not contacted back or told. Reading the other reviews I'm glad we didn't deal with this company.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleWe purchased our home through Stapleton derby and found them to be a profession company who went above and beyond in supporting us with some legal issues within our purchase. Hayley in particular kept in touch regularly and supported us in liaising with the legal teams involved, we couldn’t have stuck out our purchase without her. We asked to see the house on a couple of occasions and it was facilitated by Ken without any problem at a time to suit us. We would highly recommend Stapleton Derby as an agent, if we ever choose to move again we will be using Stapleton derby in the future.

GoogleWe have bought a house listed trough this agency and we are very happy with the service. Extremely helpful ready to answer any questions you may have. When we came to pick up the keys staff were waiting for us with a card a bottle of whine. Very nice gesture. I recommend and would use myself any time again
