The only thing I was not satisfied is the My home account. It is not user friendly at all. Newsletter put into the Reservation to exchange category and some in the Exchange to completion. This made me confused. And every time you clicked the Construction progress, it shown Coming soon with nothing inside. Until the property completed, the web is still showing nothing and the Buying Process is still in Exchanged status. I can only contact services manager to know the building progress instead of login and get the information by myself. I suggest that you can keep taking photo around the development and post it in the Construction Progress page would help a lot already.

I’ve been in contact several times to obtain some documents. I’ve been told “no you should call this number instead”, and given a new number. I’ve called three different numbers, and ended up on the first again. I’ve then been given three different email addresses where I’ve been told I would receive help, but I just get an auto reply back, with the standard “we’ll get back at you as soon as possible” line. I’ve even called several times and been promised that someone would call me back, but no one ever does! Even reached out on Twitter, but after establishing contact and explained what my issue was, it went complete silent! It has been several months, and a lot is at stake, but still nothing! I’ve never in my entire life experienced such bad/lack of customer service.

We had 5e best experience with the sales team when purchasing our first home, but since moving in and dealing with the customer managers it has been failing after failing. We have been here almost two years and still have issues outstanding that were reported months ago. The Berkeley Group have been great throughout the process of buying our new house.The sales team of Adam and Harry are a real credit to company, they have been superb.The house that we bought has lots of quality fittings that you wouldn’t find elsewhere.If I could find fault, it would be having to pay an extortionate amount to have the patio extended whilst they were already laying the standard one.And not installing a washing machine and tumble dryer in the price.But aside from these two gripes, they have been great.

My experience is mostly with St.George, partner of the Berkeley Group, and I can’t say one single good word about anything: bad design, bad people, lack of communication. I contacted BG because St.George was ignoring me and my problems, and they did the same forwarding my complaint to their partner. What is the point if they were already ignoring me? They define themselves “St.Geroge, design for life” but they don’t even know what design is. I moved in a brand new flat with tons of defects and took me 3years to have them fixed involving the insurance company because those defects were “within our standards”. The building is continuously under maintenance, what you expected from a very old building. But they say “improvements”. Really? Do they think people have no brain? They sell as “luxury flats” at point of sale!!! But then they talk about standards.I had to face a case of racism but I have been ignored when I pointed that out.What I want to do? Sell and never with them again!
