GoogleFantastic use of a lovely river side location, the extra perk is the amazing coffee from Bread Lab - highly recommend a visit.

GoogleI went to frank Banfield park today, which is opposite Fulham reach and which is in its final stage of development and found to my horror at the park that is supposed to be up kept is more like a field that is in the countryside , totally unkept with grass up to your knees and not a groundsman to be seen anyway. It is a terrible example of hell, your company is “looked after “the surrounding area I dread to think what your properties are like inside, if this is our you have left a park for the local people to walk in.

GoogleBought two flats in the development, seasonal investor, the estate manger Angus -Estate Manager is the most rude person i have ever encountered. how berkeley give him job and ruin it for so many people hwo live her. Disgraceful man very rude ruins days.

GoogleLuxury flats and their development are a moot point among Londoners: however, what is going on along this stretch is just stunning. It is like Paddington Basin but with the river as water and not the canal. This will soon be a regular feature of the Thames Walk: Riverside. Dig the various statues and bits of modern art. It's not just about the flats....
