GoogleSold a property with spencers under tricky circumstances and they were brilliant. Emma in particular was fab, very understanding, helpful and super friendly. She was always on hand with updates and helped out chasing the solicitors (who were the only let down). Jill & Lorna were also lovely. Overall a great experience.

GoogleThe staff of Spencers office in Blaby have been excellent throughout the process of selling a property for us. We sold by modern auction and Spencers played a key role in conducting viewings and liaising with the auction house.

GoogleIf you can help it, please avoid using Spencer’s to buy or sell a house. They caused us a lot of problems when buying our house. They admitted fault for various things that could have been prevented. And the estate agent assigned to our purchase had left during our purchasing process, not surprised at all. They have left a bad impression and I would think twice about using them. Perhaps it was just a bad member of staff and they may be perfect elsewhere but from my experience Avoid

GoogleI received an excellent service from Spencer’s at Syston. Stuart completed the valuation and listened to my needs and valued the house appropriately for today’s market. Millie and Courtney maintained contact throughout. They introduced fabulous buyers and from offer to completion was 9 weeks. Service was friendly and professional. I would recommend Spencer’s.

GoogleJaishree (Nita) is a warm, approachable, professional person. She has been assisting me with my mortgage, renewals and applications for over 10 years. My loyalty will remain with her wherever she goes as she always goes out of her way to help her customers. I admire her work ethic, her extensive experience and knowlege. She really looks after you A to Z and ensures a smooth stress free process to adequately protect your investment. Jaishree (Nita) guided me through the process giving customer specific advice when necessary and was always available to answer any questions I had, to put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend her for these reasons. Thank you Jaishree(Nita) keep up the good work.

GoogleSpencers provided excellent service from valuation through to completion. Toby’s valuation and explanation of the process gave me confidence to instruct them. When I accepted the offer Millie and Courtney were with me every step of the way, keeping me updated. Being in a chain of 8 I felt in a precarious situation but the oversight offered by them both ensured the chain went through without issue. They were both so proactive in chasing up other agents and solicitors which meant the completion went through quicker than anticipated. I’ll be forever grateful to Millie and Courtney for their hard work in achieving a smooth sale.

GoogleMillie, Toby and Courtney did an excellent job selling our house. Toby came out to initiate the process, he took measurements and then explained how the process worked. Courtney supervised the viewings and became our main point of contact for enquiries. She worked very hard and efficiently. Millie was excellent passing on updates etc if Courtney was not available. GoogleI cannot praise Spencer's estate agents in Syston enough, in particular Millie Thacker for a fantastic property management service. I live 200 miles from my father's house and when he had to go into a care home, I asked Spencer's to look after the property by doing weekly inspections - a requirement of the insurance company. Millie and her colleague Courtney went way above and beyond expectations, not only doing the inspections but also letting people in that needed access, sorting out mail and scanning important stuff to me, even removing a key safe for me (well done with the screw driver Courtney!), etc. They have taken away a huge amount of stress over the last few months and have been professional but are also very friendly and lovely people. Millie clearly knows her stuff when it comes to property and I would have no hesitation recommending her and Spencer's to anyone looking for an excellent service. Thank you.

GoogleOur initial dealings with spencers was very poor. Dealing with the manager ,who then left. Emma then took over our sale and was brilliant. Kept us up to date constantly and was very professional friendly and astute. If you use spencers blaby ask for emma !

She has kept me appraised from start to finish on the sale of a property which is 80+ miles away from where I currently live and has had its challenges along the way. Nothing has been too much and for every question I have raised, Emma was always willing to go the extra mile and advise on all the information required. As a seller I have no doubt been very annoying, however Emma has always been friendly, polite, understanding and very diligent and professional which created for me the perfect package.
