GoogleDreadful company. Arranged to view a rental property, but they never got back to me. I phoned up 5 more times to try arrange another viewing, but they said they couldn't find it on their website and would return my call. Nobody has been in touch. Very unprofessional.

GoogleWe have been renting out a property with Simon Blyth in Holmfirth for the last four years. David and Georgina, together with their colleagues, have always provided us with a prompt, efficient and thorough service. We would not hesitate in recommending them.
5/5
GoogleAlways found the staff in the Holmfirth office to be very accommodating and helpful whenever we've been in touch or been in. Never had any problems with the agents as yet. Anything we have had minor problems with, have been sorted promptly and efficiently which we can't complain about! All in all, a good experience so far! I would specifically like to mention Georgina in the Holmfirth office who I usually speak to when phoning - I find her to be very friendly, polite and efficient with regards to any maintenance we've needed in the past!

GoogleWe've had an excellent experience with Simon Blyth, particularly Jacqueline Butterworth and team who assisted us in buying our dream home and selling our first home within a matter of hours! Communication was second to none and they were there to support us through the entire journey. Highly recommend.

GoogleWorked with Martin Tune based at their Fox Valley office and he was brilliant to deal with. Great communicator and very knowledgable, we were very impressed and grateful for his efforts.

GoogleI use Simon Blyth Estate Agents to be my letting agents. Rebecca and all the staff give a first class service and are always knowledgeable and professional. I would have no hesitation in a recommendation.
5/5
GoogleSimon Blyth and Rebecca have been the most amazing agents to work with when renting our properties, they have never let us down in 6 years, always searching for the best tenants and going the extra mile. No problem is too much for them. Rebecca is great to work with, great communicator, and dealing with all the stress so that we don't have to. Would recommend Rebecca and Simon Blyth to anyone looking for a great Estate Agent.

GoogleJust phoned and asked if someone could come out to see a house I want to sell.Cannot make this Saturday and next Saturday he is on annual leave so cannot come out for 2 week So i ask can anyone else help me - no So, should I go elsewhere - Yes Honestly could not believe the approach to someone bringing them business. I phone these first because of the good reviews - perhaps it is just me they do not work with

GoogleHad difficulty actually arranging for a valuer to call as were totally unwilling to fit around the times I could do. Made me wonder if they would be as unhelpful when it comes to showing people around my home. They didnt get my business!

GoogleExcellent service throughout. Martin and his team were perfect always kept me informed and responded quickly to my may questions. I cannot recommend them highly enough

GoogleExcellent service from Martin and staff at Fox Valley branch. We got the full asking price for the house after a surprise valuation (£20,000 more than other estate agents locally). The service throughout a protracted sale was superb, lots of help and support as there were some nerve wracking moments with our buyer, I always felt like SB were on our side and they did everyting to smooth things for us. I would highly recommend them, and special thanks to Martin, what a complete star.

GoogleSimon Blyth in Penistone and particularly Maria were fantastic in helping me sell my bungalow, they went above and beyond in marketing my property and kept me informed at every step of the way - they did all the viewing for me and when it sold they liaised with both parties solicitors making it a stress free experience

GoogleMaria and Becks were really helpful and communication during our sale was excellent. Would highly recommend for both sales and purchasing. Sold quickly through and very proactive approach from the team.

GoogleMaria and the team were fantastic during our recent house move. They were in touch regularly with updates and remained impartial in all areas. We had a much better experience with them than with the agents selling our house. Would highly recommend!

GoogleWe recently had to sell a relative's house and Maria was wonderfully helpful at following up with all parties to make the process as smooth as possible. As we are some distance from Penistone it was reassuring to have someone help to arrange gardeners and the house clearance for us as well- we would certainly recommend Simon Blyth in Penistone to anyone. Many thanks!

GoogleWe used Simon Blyth's in Penistone for both our sale and purchase when we moved house back in the summer. They were very helpful throughout the whole process, especially when dealing with our solicitor and our buyer's solicitor. Maria Diaz in particular went above and beyond to make sure everything went ahead according to plan. Highly recommended!
