GoogleI had the pleasure of using Seymours Estate Agents in Camberly to let our property in Heatherside. Aaron, Fami, Annalise and Melanie have been great team to work with from outset. They were super energetic in arranging viewings, getting through offers and negotiation process and handled all the following paper-work related to arranging pre-tenancy cleaning, getting relevant tests done on time etc which made it a very smooth process end to end. We had signed on two other agents in Camberley but Seymours just performed far better any one else, so I would highly recommend them.

GoogleSeymours Lettings team at Camberley did a fantastic job in letting our property in record time. When another letting agent failed to find the right tenant for 2 weeks, Aaron came on board with short notice and secured 2 offers within a few days. All sorted within a week, including the tenant's move smoothly. Aaron is very friendly and approachable. Highly recommend Seymours for any landlord looking for a positive experience. Estate Agents generally don’t get a good press but our experience with Seymour’s has been positive. House buying/selling can be very stressful, and as well as knowledge of the market and sound advice, frank, honest and regular communication was important to us. We feel we’ve had that with Seymours.

We had a very difficult Leasehold sale which Amy at Seymours in Woking guided us through. It was the first time we were involved in a sale and were stressed with the amount of questions fired at us by the solicitors, but Amy kept guiding us in the right direction. Ultimately the sale fell through due to other unforeseen circumstances. Amy and the Team at Woking were very understanding and supportive and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleExcellent service from Seymours in the letting of my rental property. Always helpful. Viewings were arranged with the minimum of fuss and I always got feedback quickly. The contract process was really smooth and straightforward with questions and issues resolved quickly. I have experience of other local lettings agents but in future I will only use Seymours.
