I have had one hell of a journey with estate agents during this sale as you well know. You being my third. I remember sitting down with you Oliver in my parents kitchen and you telling me that this was your business and if you don't sell you don't get paid. I thought then that surely these are the guys to get this sorted. You are by far the best agents I have ever worked with and that includes ones I have used in Wales and Shropshire. You managed my expectations from the start. You told me the truth not sales waffle. You kept communications perfectly with me. You did what you said you would do. Even if you didn't sell the house, the way you operate your business, look after clients and manage your staff is very good. I don't want this to sound like I'm blowing your own trumpet. I just want you to know that together your doing a good job. Of all the many costs and fees being deducted from the estate, your fees are very much deserved.

Exceptional Service and Support from Seymours

As first-time buyers, we were quite overwhelmed by the whole process. We weren’t very impressed with how the realtors understood our needs; they kept sending us random properties just to make a quick sale. Seymours really stood out at this point. Aaron was there from day one, not only through email but also calling regularly to ensure he understood exactly what we were looking for in our perfect home. It only took us a week to decide on our dream home, and the entire process went smoothly. We’re now in the middle of the legal process, and Aaron is still there, answering every question I have. Seymour's have been great from start to finish, the communication has been excellent and I feel that I have been supported throughout my selling and purchasing experience with them. What has been really helpful is having a client relationship manager (Krisy) who co-ordinates everything for you, speaks to all parties in the chain and takes the stress away. She has been a great source of information to me and I would 100% recommend and would not hesitate to use in the future
