We used Sargeants Northfields for the sale of our late Mothers house. It has to be said from the start of the process they were quick, efficient and professional, and as sellers gave us nothing to worry about. Within days of engaging their services we had a steady stream of of people viewing the property. Within 2 weeks a very motivated buyer was found and we would say a big thank you to Hulya for all her work in the background to push this along, the sale was completed in 3 months which in todays market is phenomenal. We highly recommend Sargeants, and as a family we say thank you to Hulya for her great service and professionalism, it was a pleasure dealing with you throughout the process.

I had a few valuations with local estate agents when selling my property in Ealing, including big regional/national chains, and then Dean Sargeant (of the "Sargeant's" name) came over to assess the property himself. Right from the beginning he was all over the details, had a great deal of information about the area (where he has lived for many years) including schools, local values, sold prices, market trends etc... He showed us the industry portal on RightMove that the public can't see that shows agents who reduce prices after a few months, how long agents have had properties on the market for, if valuations are correct and a whole host of other info. Sargeants came out on top in all of them (I guess that's why nobody else showed me!) Not only in terms of the obvious professional sales acumen, but personally Dean (and Sargeants) left all the other agents in their dust. I decided to give them the property to sell. It was obviously a good choice, there were 10 viewings in a week or so and it was sold STC after just 10 days. When they took the property on, the day-to-day in the office was down to Hulya. Hulya, I can only describe as A GIFT She pushed buyers when needed, she always, ALWAYS answered the phone, she was courteous and professional at all times, and when things got tricky in a the chain she was the one who mopped things up, chased solicitors, other agents, put up with our nervous and frustrated calls, hustled buyers, et al. If there are estate agent awards in 2024/2025, there's little point announcing any nominees, Hulya will sweep the board. I am struggling to think of anything negative to say about them - because there isn't anything. Thoroughly recommended! Mark

GoogleWe sold our property with Sargeants, Northfields Avenue. We had an appointed agent Hulya. From the start we met at the property and Hulya took time to understand each room and point in the house. She then spent time understanding our story and what we needed to happen. When we were then faced with the end challenges of Solicitors, Hulya worked tirelessly with us to make it happen. She was dedicated and committed and followed through on any queries or requirements you had. I even had one on one conversations at the office and was treated with empathy, and support. She guided us through each of the stages and was very dedicated and diligent in her work ethic. I would highly recommend Sargeants as they take the customer to the heart of what they do and put them first. Thank you to the whole team.

GoogleStill waiting for our deposit to be returned or for anyone to actually contact us and tell us anything, despite our contract ending over a month ago. Sargeants were very happy to respond within 24 hours when they're making the sales/filling rentals but the aftercare is shoddy and severely lacking!
