GoogleI’ve dealt with Raul for over 2 months now (myself and my partner were very fussy and knew what we wanted).
I’ve dealt with over 10 letting agents in the last 2 months and none even come close to the service Raul provided us.
First of all, he is the only letting agent that I’ve dealt with who showed up to scheduled viewings early. (The rest I’ve dealt with were all late by 10 minutes minimum).
His professionalism is very evident and he even gave me his personal number to message him with any queries we had etc - a really nice touch, and shows his dedication to his clients.
We get the keys to our dream apartment tomorrow at long last, and we can only thank Raul for this.
We are delighted that after all the viewings we had over the last two months, that it was Raul that got to close the deal with us.
