Hi Rudy, Thank you for your review! Dean Sargeant

GoogleVery good and responsive service provided in my recent house viewing. I am thoroughly impressed by the agent, Hulya, who arranged and took me to a few houses for viewing. She was very knowledgeable, sincere and was very honest with us about the merits and demerits of each house we viewed. I highly recommend Hulya for anyone looking for a good agent to help with their house search. Update: I want to take a further moment to express my praise to Hulya for her professionalism and kindness to us in our house search, even though it was unfruitful at the end due to our changing circumstance and through no fault of Hulya's . She is an incredible real estate agent that works with honesty and humility, you will not be disappointed with her service. I have no hesitation to recommend Hulya (and Sargeants Ealing) to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

GoogleSargeants were recommended to me. I spoke to Gary Lowden in my home before awarding them the job of managing the rental. I found him to be calm and businesslike and particularly appreciated the lack of pushy hard sell. I was left to get on with various repairs without being pestered.

GoogleWe had great experience with Sargeants in Northfileds. Our offer on a house was accepted in early September and although we ended up being in a chain of 7 properties, we exchanged contracts in mid December. This was all thanks to Hayley, the estate agent who was dealing with our purchase. She was very kind, active and helpful. She was communicating with the chain at all levels, updating us on the status regularly and in general, keeping the whole process moving fast and information flowing up and down the chain. Thank you Hayley for the great job!
Agent replied · 16 June 2024

TrustpilotA 5 star service.
A 5 star service. An estate agency that breaks the mould and bad reputations of the industry. Dean and his team were fantastic in representing us in the sale of our flat. Extremely professional, experienced & friendly. We achieved a full asking price in 4 days and set a new record for a one bed sale on our street. Look no further than Sargeants. They are the number 1 agency in the area.
