GoogleLeast professional together agency I've encountered, there to cheat you don't express anything clearly and give you no help. Incredibly useless at replying to any emails etc they don't tell you any important details e.g the deposit has to be paid in 7 days of securing the flat.

GoogleGrant Property have always been great at getting back to us about any issues with our rental property. If any issues arise, the situation is, more often than not, resolved within a matter of days.

GoogleI had a very unprofessional experience with this agency. We have booked a viewing for 12PM and were there at 12:05 because we couldn't find the right door. I called the agency to check if they could help us out because most flats didn't have number on them. I wasn't offered any help and the agent didn't have any knowledge on this property address and the viewing scheduled at all. Then I called again to ask if they could call the agent supposed to be there to let us know which door is it, and all I got was an arrogant answer that he left the building at 12 when there was no one at the door, which is ridiculous because there were 4 people waiting in front of the building, not knowing which flat it was we were supposed to be viewing. We were very disappointed that we only wasted our time and the agent left after one minute when all the potencial tenants couldn't find the right door. Actually, in the end browsing through all these negative comments here I'm glad we never saw the flat because I'm sure doing any business with this agency could be a nightmare. I definitely do not reccomend searching for a property with this agency!

GoogleOverall Grant Property just seems nice until they get your money. Im still waiting to get my deposit back, it is ridiculous as i moved out three months ago. Such a joke. Would not recommend to anyone ever. I highly unrecommend Grant Property. Avoid them like the plague. Couse they are fraudsters, prevaricators and thieves in general.

GoogleWe've been with this company for a year now and have been happy with them. In general they respond quickly and professionally to any issues we may have. All staff are friendly and eager to help, especially Ben, our property manager and Kim, our letting negotiator.

GoogleFine initially, but maintenance is slow and beware when you want to move out. They take you for a ride, I wouldn't be surprised if they were lining the pockets of their friends in the 'deep' cleaning industry with exorbitant charges for crumbs and dirty exteriors of windows. >£100 (what I was charged) is at least 10 hours cleaning at a normal rate, and this would have been enough time to clinically sterilize the place. Take detailed photos when you move in, because they will accuse you of leaving 'garbage' behind that was present when you moved in such as mattress protectors etc. Get written statements of what you are and are not responsible for doing and get them signed (window cleaning etc). Also, keep a close eye on your bank account as overcharging has been known to happen. Or better still, ignore all these tips and go with a more reputable lettings agency.

GoogleI had the worst time with Grand Property. They take your money and do NOTHING for you. They charge you admin fees which are illegal in Scotland. I also had to threaten legal action and "camp" in their reception for them to give back our deposit which was already 2 months past the legal deadline. Awful company, terrible customer service and I will never go back. No matter how nice a flat is.
