GoogleTiago was my negotiator and dealt with my move-in process. I was amazed by how quickly he was returning my correspondence, always friendly and efficient. He made sure to explain in detail everything that I needed to know about the contract and payments. I was very impressed by his service and he left a very good impression about the company in general.

GoogleI would totally recommend Grant Property. Ben, our property manager, is very professional and was always there for us to deal with any issues that arose (from maintenance matters, to issues with our contract). The deposit was returned to us in full, which is always a major point and we would happily rent from Grant Property in the future.

Despite some issues with the property and the landlord, Grant Property consistently adopted a professional and kind service aiming to resolve any problems in an appropriate time frame. The property manager Ben was approachable and swift to reply. I would recommend Grant Property to other students.

GoogleI was looking into renting a property from Grant and they made the whole process incredibly efficient and easy for me. The staff were very friendly and communicative, and also sympathetic and understanding when I was forced to cancel on the deadline day. I couldn't be more happy with the service that I received from the staff.

GoogleI think people tend to say a lot of bad things about grant property but I have always had a good experience. Rented with them three times and have always got my deposit back. I also have to say Scott was a massive help with me, I ended up buying a flat early and needed help substituting in another tenant and he was very flexible with me. Also their flats are always in a good condition, not only for students but professionals.

GoogleI am on the process of renting a room with Grant Property and so far my experience has been really good. The house is very nice and tidy and totally equipped. As for the staff, they are very kind and friendly and always available for any doubts I have had (which have been quite a few ;). They also give you lots of confirmations of your payments and give you all kind of details so you always know what you are paying for. Thanks Joshua for helping us out with everything!

GoogleI have just moved into a new flat and the people at Grant Property could not have been more helpful. Everything was professionally presented and they were happy to accommodate all of my requests. When I asked for something to be repaired it was completed promptly and efficiently. I know this sounds too good to be true but their efforts made the moving much easier and less stressful and that is what really matters.

GoogleMy feeling after a four-year tenancy with Grant Property in Edinburgh is that they’re trying very hard to destroy otherwise valid cliches about letting agents. I had an excellent experience. My property manager was fantastic - super responsive and understanding. Any issues I had in the flat, small or medium, were dealt with more or less immediately through associated contractor Overall the service was just first rate, and there was none of the petty difficulties one generally expects to have with a letting agent.

GoogleI just moved from one of Grant Property (Edinburgh) flat where I have lived for 2 years and I can say I am completely satisfied by their services. They are nice, helpful, they helped me a lot, especially in the beginning when they agreed to make me sign the lease from Italy, when I wasn't still here, in person, and they are great. Also when I was living in the flat, the rare situations when I needed assistance they sent someone to check the same day. They never came in the flat unannounced and when they to do their annual check, they always communicated that in advance. Highly satisfied, at all!

GoogleFinding a place in Edinburgh during the festival period was a nightmare... Luckily we found out that Grant Property had a few newly refurbished apartments which we managed to rent. Whenever we had any sort of small issue we contacted Scott who was always a phone call away and always did the best he can with quick service, checks and also after all was sorted he made sure to check that he issue hadn't returned. Even after our rent term finished he made sure that all went well and all deposits were returned back to us. Very nice staff, good service and great apartments for short term rentals.

GoogleEveryone I've met from Grant has been of great help so far. When I started my tenancy a couple of years ago I was a bit skeptical because of all the negative reviews and warnings I received from my friends, some of which I've witnessed directly through my girlfriend's letting (as they tend to be very strict about the cleaning of the flat once the letting is over, picking on things like crumbs in the toaster and other often overlooked minor things), however, from what I've personally experienced so far, everyone I met has been really helpful and the overall service has been far superior than my previous agency. I would recommend talking to Lily from the Edinburgh office, as she's been of great help in my lease renewal process and very efficient in getting everything sorted.

GoogleMy experience with Grant Property has been very good. On initial hesitation of the company just due to their reputation amongst other students, I have been very pleasantly surprised. From the ease of securing and organising our flat, to moving into a completely refurbished place that is so much nicer than other Edinburgh apartments. Our property manager Ben has been great, any issue or request was dealt with swiftly and professionally, so much so that we have rented another apartment with Grant Property. Our deposit was returned in full which was a major point with this lease, as moving into a newly refurbished place, I was adamant they would find fault with something! I'm very much hopeful of this positive experience to continue to our new refurbished flat and therefor would have no qualms recommending this company to others.

GoogleWe were really desperate for a flat since we were leaving soon and they really did put in a lot of effort into finding us a good student flat. We are all very happy with the property we got and with Grant Properties since they were always at our disposal to answer the many questions we had since this was our first time renting our own flat.
