GoogleHaving been a tenant with Grant property I can say that the move in process was quick and easy, far better than some of the other estate agents in Edinburgh. I can definitely recommend renting with Grant property whether you are a Student or Local.

GoogleWell-located, reasonable rent, clean and great illumination. The agency is fast resolving issues. Safe building. Near Tesco, Sainsbury's, Co-op, and an independent organic food store; lots of restaurants near-by. 15 minutes away from main university campus. The only issue is that the windows don't seal properly, so the noise from the street comes in at night (this can be fixed with some towels to seal them shut). Highly recommend.

GoogleGrant Property were great as letting agents over the last 4 years. Helpful and efficient,they were always very prompt in actioning anything that we needed done and we found them all professional and very approachable.

GoogleMoving in was relatively stress free and their online system made the process run smoothly. Staff have been polite and helpful over the phone and in person. We have only had to phone the out-of-hours service once but they had someone at the flat in an hour, which was great. Very impressed so far!

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service; it's me and my friend brontes first time renting this way and Joshua Brooks has been super helpful, I would definitely recommend going with grants, really kind and helpful customer service from anyone who's been in contact with me, including Josh. GoogleChoosing what flat your going to live in can be a very stressful time. However, as I decided on a flat with Grant Property they have been just excellent. They have answered any of my questions straight away and offered further advice. Grant Property are so lovely and I truly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Grant Property and especially Lily. Alex

GoogleTerrible experience from start to finish. First they said the flat would be repainted and have new furniture. However on move in date not one thing had been done and it wasn't even ready to move in. I had to stay n a freind's sofa for 2 weeks and put my own stuff in storage. Then when the tenancy ended they tried to retain over £200 of my deposit. I wrote demanding the money be returned and they did but only because they had to through the deposit protection scheme. Just an awful company.

GoogleRented a property in the South-side of the city from Grant Property for around a year. No issues with the viewing or sign-up processes, and the property was in good condition when I moved in. I had a couple of issues throughout my tenancy, a faulty boiler and a leak from a flat above. Both issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently by the property manager Lilian. On leaving, I used their guaranteed clean service, the inspection was turned around in a few days and I got my full deposit back without any issues. Thanks again!

GoogleIt is clear through their responsiveness, flexibility and support that Grant Property cares for its tenants and the image of letting agencies in the area. In particular, property manager Katie McIntosh has been extremely attentive to our needs in regards to repair/maintenance requests and any of our queries, and I suspect this reflects the spirit of the rest of the team. We have very much enjoyed our stay in our 4-person flat in Edinburgh and I highly recommend their services.

GoogleExcellent letting agent, immediate response to any concerns or queries, lovely property, extremely smooth move in and also move out process, not a bad word to say! I wanted to thank Lily in particular for her help throughout my tenancy, she answered all of my calls and emails immediately, resolved any issues that popped up and made my time renting from Grant Property both utterly stress-free and that much more enjoyable!

GoogleI received excellent service from Grant Property Management. Lily, who helped me navigate the sometimes complex world or renting, was always there to help. Lily and the team were only ever an e-mail away and were always prompt to respond, often within the day, which helped put my mind at ease on more than one occasion. I would thoroughly recommend their services. They treat every question with respect, however silly you may think it to be and are incredibly polite. Great service all round.

GoogleI am currently in the process of moving from one Grant Property flat in Edinburgh to another, and so far everything has been very professional. Any issues with the flat are dealt with very quickly and all the staff are very helpful. As one of the previous reviewers said, GP seem to be trying very hard to solve some of the issues plaguing the Scottish rental market. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy letting agent!
