Initially after meeting with a few different agents we chose to use Jane Hills from Sandersons because she had something very different from the other three agents we met with. Her 40 years of expertise and experience showed, and we liked and trusted her. We have been on the brink of putting our house live on the market three times over the last three years but had to pull back for different reasons. We have always chosen to go back to Jane for her friendly, professional, honest and down to earth approach. Especially during the difficult times when we’ve changed our minds and the pressure was already high she has only ever been understanding and supportive despite the work she had already put in for us. I stayed at Matthew's Airbnb location in London in May 2025 and it was an absolutely splendid stay. The place was impeccably clean, easy to access and conveniently located within one block of two Tube station that offered fantastic connectivity to most areas of London. Sanderson's were marketing a number of properties that we were considering when moving house and to say they were patient and helpful with us would be an understatement. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the level of time time they were prepared to give to us as prospective purchasers was above and beyond. Antony, Jane and Vicky were always very responsive and happy to answer our questions no matter how small. Of particular note must be Joe Galton, who was instrumental in helping us to finally secure the home that we have always wanted. His enthusiasm, honesty and guidance was something we really appreciated.

Fantastic stay in a lovely apartment in a really good location, plenty of shops & pubs nearby. The apartment was great with the most comfortable bed & pillows. Lovely bathroom products, good quality linen & overall facilities, were great we even had a secure parking spot which was really useful for us. Easy check in & great access to central London & Windsor. We would definately stay here again when looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

We loved our stay at Matthew's place. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and we especially loved the bright, airy sunroom with large dining area. The location was very convenient--walkable to two tube stops, restaurants and shops. Communication was clear and Matthew was easy to reach if we had a question. Really appreciated the flexibility to drop bags early and check out a few minutes late. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to London!

Very disappointed in the service and care received from Sanderson. They quickly found the first tenant and placed them in my property. Tenant didn't pay rent and i had to make all the effort to evict them. The communication from Sandersons is poor and i would not use them again.
