In contrast to some of the better-known agents I have worked with previously, Noel and his team have been proactive, helpful, realistic and have continually kept me updated on progress. I tried calling several times for valuation to be done, someone with a foreign accent took my details and I still haven't heard back... My husband has also tried to book a viewing for a new apartment which came online. Always having trouble getting us in and always with a exotic excuse- I think the listing doesn't even exist! I asked Sandersons to advise on rent for my flat, a 5 minute walk from their office, with a view to them acting as letting agent. After 6 days they had not picked up the keys which were available on the way to the flat. Two calls to the man I dealt with were disregarded, as was a call to the senior person in the office. I would not seek to use them again.
