We were buying a house through Sandersons, and i've never really understood what the need for an estate agent was now that there are websites that show you what you need instantly, until I worked with Sandersons. Their development team were constantly on the cases seeing where the chain was, coordinating the communication and ensuring everyone knew what was going on. We had the pleasure of working with a number of them, but Karen was our main point of contact and she was friendly and helpful, and i do believed helped us to complete the chain with a difficult seller at the top of the chain. If you're selling a house in the Ashford area, go straight to Sandersons! I have personal experience with a number of other local agents and they do not stack up to the quality and professionalism of Sandersons. You wont be disappointed and they are worth every penny. My house sale/purchase journey has been rather tricky due to an awkward chain, but Karen and Jackie worked tirelessly to get the sale completed.
