Buying a property can sometimes be complicated and easily delayed, but with Linda's support who was on top of chasing documents, solicitors and answering all my questions, the process went so much smoother. There were a number of issues that could have resulted in the purchase falling through and without their help sorting them out that would have happened. They were always contactable and responded quickly. When necessary they were proactive keeping everything moving, Our particular thanks to Cherie who went way beyond what I would have expected. She always replied rapidly, even on Sundays.

This is a 'people first' company, you are not just a number. GoogleWe had problems with a previous tenant keeping his rental payments up to date and Lorraine in the Credit Control Department has been excellent in managing the situation and in the end liaising with the Rental Guarantee insurers and ensuring that we received the arrears. At all times throughout the tenancy she has kept us fully aware of the problem, provided advice and guided us through the process. A big thank you to Lorraine!
