GoogleNot the most helpful agency I've dealt with. They won't hesitate to nickel and dime you for every last cent of your deposit. Not the most consistent with property management either. I would suggest going with one of the larger agents - at least you know what you're getting there.

GoogleI had just arrived in London and had luck to meet Miss Anna Batista who works at Sandersons. She helped me find a beautiful apartment and during the rental process, anna was very professional and ensured good communication between me and the owner which led to the completion of the rental agreement. It was a very satisfying rental experience.

GoogleMy family and I have been very lucky to have Charlotte Heaton to turn to when things are less than straightforward. In high pressure situations she has remained exceptionally calm, and always stays in contact - which is difficult these days when we're being bombarded by emails. I hope that she stays with Sandersons, because we don't want to lose her!

GoogleI feel very lucky to have Charlotte as our flat’s property manager. Communicative, available, and always helpful, Charlotte has consistently managed repairs and other concerns that have arisen at our flat. I know that if ever we have an issue, she can be trusted to take care of it. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

GoogleTo find a property manager who manages your property as if their own is indeed a blessing. After a few hits and misses, we have been very blessed to have Charlotte Heaton manage our home. She amazes me with her future planning in dealing with the stickiest of situations and with zero procrastination. Am sure as a property manager she has many balls up in the air to manage, but she is truly exceptional in putting your interests first. Her determination, tenacity and steadfastness in providing unstinting support is astounding. A rare gem we intend to hang onto. Wishing Charlotte all the best.

GoogleBy far the best estate agency I have ever dealt with! The team went above and beyond to make our move in process smooth and enjoyable. I would like to thank Anna for really taking proper care of us from the beginning making us feel heard in situations that were unexpected. GoogleCharlotte Heaton is our property manager and we couldn’t be more impressed. She is on the ball, has the best contacts in the industry to get any issue addressed no matter how large or small and is always a pleasure to work with. We feel very grateful to have such incredible support managing our property while we live overseas. Many property managers are not proactive or responsive, as we were using a different company in the area before and were unsatisfied, but Charlotte has done nothing but impress with her responsiveness, tenacity and great attitude. She is always honest and that’s a rarity in our experience. Simply put, she is irreplaceable! Thank you for all your hard work!

She has found me some amazing tenants and has always been a pleasure to work with. GoogleHaving been let down by a couple of other agents in the area, we recently contacted Sandersons to help us find the perfect home four our family in Notting Hill. I’m delighted that Anna and her team pulled out all the stops to help and I wanted to commend them for the superb service I received from start to finish. From the moment they picked up the phone they made us feel like our property search was their priority! Within hours they had set up 4 fantastic options for us to see, two of which was absolutely perfect! Upon making an offer we were guided through the process as to how best to secure the property we wanted in a fast moving market Andy- we couldn’t be happier with the service. Needless to say the move went smoothly, we are so grateful for what can only be described as first class service from a fantastic agency!

Google2 years ago when we were struggling to find a place to move in, Sanderson was there. Although it was our landlady who managed the property, we're still thankful for the accommodation provided to us for the last 2 years. Thank you Sanderson for the help.

GoogleI am highly disappointed in this company. They are quick to collect deposit to secure rent. However, when it comes to them refunding you back your money, it all turns to stories and lies. One staff will be telling you one thing, the other staff will be saying something different. Highly unprofessional and bad practices.
