GoogleChad Newbould, you are a super star, it was difficult house to deal with given how many complications it had with people and legal aspects, I would have lost hope you were absent in the events. If I come back to S J Smith ever in future its because of your service. You make the company look great.

GoogleVery impressed with all the people i spoke to at S J Smith. I have never sold a property before, and found them very helpful. Myself and the buyers were extreemly frustrated by probate office delays, but Chad and his team were able to juggle these frustrations....through to an amicable completion. Thanks again.

GoogleChad was honest and knowledgeable about the local market. He gave us a good estimate for a reasonably quick sale. Then Nicola and Louie followed up diligently. We had viewing the very same day that house went on market. Chad and co helped in vetting the offers and guided us in selecting one that would complete promptly. I will recommend this team.

GoogleWhether buying or selling, Simon and his people are Agents you can trust absolutely to work in your best interest. The whole team are simply brilliant. Pricing was flawless; enthusiasm, execution, detail, reportage and negotiating skills second to none. We had a firm offer on our property within two weeks of their appointment as our Agent. Because of Covid and the ramifications around timing amd pricing, closing the deal took a little longer, with the whole team persisting tirelessly and with great creativity to square a pretty big circle. So pleased, couldn’t recommend them highly enough!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleFrom the very first contact Chad and the team have been fantastic. Friendly, supportive and ever professional, every step of the way to buying a house has ensured things have run smoothly and kept us well informed. We were able to see a good selection of houses, with different potentials, and we felt valued and listen to as a client. Chad understood what we wanted, and our budget, and ultimately found the perfect property for us. Highly recommend.

GoogleI was extremely happy with the service I received from the beginning; with Louis and Chad who looked after the negotiation and sale of the property, right through to the completion of the sale with Nicola. Nicola was incredibly efficient with all of the paperwork which needed completing, and continued to keep me updated and in the loop throughout the process. She was helpful and offered exceptional customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

GoogleAmazing service! My partner and I have just purchased our first home and needless to say we were stressed, but Louis and Nicola at S J Smith were so responsive, so helpful and so friendly! I had many questions and needed a lot of guidance but never once felt like a burden! They are true professionals, and take all the hassle away from buying a house, and went above and beyond to help us, even with regards to things they didn’t need to, they still helped! I could not recommend enough!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWhere do I even begin…maybe with the point that I once again have faith in Estate Agents :-) Louis took care of selling our maisonette which sold within the first week off being on the market! We have also purchased our new home through SJ Smith and Louis was in charge of the purchase, he knew our budget and got us the property at the price that we actually could afford. Louis was always available to speak with us and nothing was ever a problem to him. Nicola was great at getting us through the finish line which wasn’t easy at all, she is a lovely lady easy to deal with and very understanding. We’ve received an excellent service from all the staff and have no hesitation in recommending SJ Smith to anyone looking to move. Thank you all!!!
Thank you, we were happy to work with you and glad your experience with us was so satisfactory.

GoogleSJ Smith are second to none. They were recommended to me by word of mouth and I was not disappointed. From start to finish they made light work of selling my property. The house sold within 3 weeks of going on the market straight after the first lift of lock-down. Nicola worked tirelessly together with my Solicitor (recommended by SJ Smith - very impressive) to ensure the rest of the chain kept a tight ship. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending SJ Smith myself. Their responses were always quick, nothing was ever too much trouble and I was made to feel a VIP. Huge thanks to Chad, Nicola, Rob, Karen & Louis.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThank you so much to Amir Rafiq and his team for a smooth transaction throughout when purchasing our home. From the start we received a response within minutes of our first email and they have not faulted since. We have dealt with many estate agents and it is a breathe of fresh air to have someone who has provided such a professional service with excellent communication at all stages of the process. GoogleFrom the very beginning of taking over our instruction from another estate agent to the very end. SJ Smith have been so professional in all they have done. Amir was fantastic, did everything we asked of him and more. Then once a sale had been agreed, Nicola from the Ashford office took over and helped immensely, seeing us through to exchange. We can't recommend them enough. Stephen & Louise Gomm

GoogleI remember when we decided to sell our property, it was easy to say but sale process took longer and harder than I thought. Back in 2012 we bought our first property in nice modern area. We were on the moon seeing our family is growing here. We decided to sell our property because we wanted to see our family more often, however we did not pur our market in right time and despite our efforts we could not sell our property despite two other estate agents engaged in sale. We ended up selling it after 15 months!! All I want to say is thank you to S J Smith in Staines for being extremely helpful and work you have done to sell our property.
