We have just exchanged on a sale and purchase with SJ Smith. This is the second time we have now bought a property through them and I can not fault their professionalism and service. Louis was outstanding at keeping us informed and finding prospective buyers, he also helped us secure the property we have purchased. Nicola in the after sales team is equally professional and caring and nothing was too much hassle for her. We can't thank everyone enough for finally getting everything through and we would definitely recommend SJ Smith in the future Collette & OscarPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Brilliant experience selling my flat with SJ Smith. The initial valuation with Chad was very professional followed with good pictures and marketing online. I received feedback after every viewing from Rob, Frankie and Louis and was kept updated very well. After accepting an offer Nicola was brilliant at chasing solicitors and keeping us updated and seeing the job through. Would highly recommend SJ Smith.

Very good service from marketing our property through to end of our house sale. In particular Amir Rafiq showed exceptional professionalism in trying to get our sale completed in circumstances which no one could foresee.

There are good and bad people in every organisation. I had some really bad experience but at the same time I had very good experience dealing with Amir Rafiq at SJ Smith. He is very professional, supportive and helpful. He resolved some issues for me which even Director level people were not able to resolve. I would highly recommend any potential clients to deal directly with Amir Rafiq for quality service.PositiveProfessionalism
