GoogleAlex and his team from SJ Smith in Staines helped me with a purchase after a bad experience with another estate agents in Staines. I can't quite put into words how helpful, supportive and patient Alex has been. He was my contact at every step of the way and went over and above to ensure we got to the point of exchange. I genuinely don't think the transaction would have happened without his input. Don't look elsewhere, SJ Smiths are most certainly the best Estate Agents in Staines. I'll be eternally grateful Alex!

GoogleMyself and my husband have been thoroughly impressed by the service we received from SJ Smith. Alex Rumsey gave us an exceptional service. He was professional, pro-active, transparent, good humoured, approachable and kept the flow of communication going with frequent updates. We felt that he really understood what we were looking for and was incredibly patient with our requests etc. If he didn’t know the answer to something , he would refer us to someone who did and promptly too. This estate agent will be our go to in the future for sure. He’s a real asset to SJ Smith.

GoogleAfter having our property on the market with a competitor for 10 months and sold several times but let down at the last minute we decided to change our Estate Agent to SJ.Smith. Alex and his brilliant team qualified the potential buyers prior to going forward with the sale. This made all the difference as it was sold, contracts exchanged and completed in six weeks! We were able to witness Brandon, one of the sales persons in a viewing and he was so enthusiastic and informative about our property the buyers were so impressed as were we. All our telephone calls were answered and if we did leave any messages we had a response back imminently. I cannot recommend their services highly enough, they are totally professional in every detail. Our only regret is that we could have saved ourselves a lot of time and stress if we had sought out SJ.Smith in the first instance.

Throughout the entire journey, communication was impeccable. Alex was always available to answer my questions, and they consistently kept me updated on developments in the buying process. And Alex suggested mortgage advisor from SJ Smith Mr. Vince Cuva was also exceptionally good and he expertly navigated the negotiation process on my behalf with lenders. Thanks to his diligence and strategic approach, I was able to secure decent interest rate. Overall, working with Alex, Nicola and Vince was an absolute pleasure. They made what can often be a daunting and overwhelming process feel like a breeze. Thanks to their customer care and dedication, I am now a proud homeowner. I wholeheartedly recommend SJ Smith to anyone in search of a estate agent.

GoogleWe have had an outstanding service from Smiths. Their communication has been exemplary- timely, respectful and professional. Really appreciated the feedback after every viewing and the way they listened and responded to any concerns. They showed integrity in the way they dealt with potential buyers and liaised really well with solicitors from start to finish. House sales always have the potential to be fraught with anxiety, but the staff at Smith's did everything they could to minimise this and keep the process straightforward and manageable. I can recommend them unreservedly.

I have been particularly impressed with Patrycja who is always friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. Whenever I have contacted Patrycja, she has always responded promptly and efficiently and has taken the appropriate action to deal with any issues or queries immediately. Partrycja also has experience in dealing with a range of day to day property related issues ranging in complexity and is always able to suggest a solution and consistently adopts a hands on approach. I have also been incredibly impressed with the overrding support provided by their manager Phil. I have always been treated as a valued customer and overall I am incredibly satisfied and would highly recommend SJSmith.
