GoogleMy partner and I have recently invested in a property to let for the very first time. We have experienced a few challenges along the way but Caroline Seddon at RW Invest has been absolutely amazing, her help and support has been second to none and she resolved so many issues, concerns and answered many questions that we had. She responds to any phone calls and emails even if she does not have the answers there and then she will always get back to you when she has the information. To this day Caroline is still there to offer her support to the both of us for which we are both very grateful. Caroline is an absolute asset to RW Invest and I would highly recommend this company to anyone due to the support and help that we have received from Caroline. Well done Caroline, keep up the good work you are an absolute star!!!!

Dan & Jessica provided first class service. Firstly they were incredibly proactive and responsive from the first interaction, returning my phone calls and emails very promptly. Their service was extremely personal, even driving me around the development when I asked to visit it at short notice and showing me local features, as well as showcasing comparable apartments to help me visualise my own. Dan was flexible around terms, answered my detailed questions openly and honestly. There was no pushiness, just straightforwardness and high quality service right through the conveyancing process. I’m a senior financial professional and naturally skeptical, but would 100% use RWinvest again.

GoogleMy overall experience with RWinvest was excellent regarding the purchase of an apartment in Liverpool. They provided guidance and advise throughout of whole process, which enabled me to make the right choice. GooglePeople careful before you invest with them. Was sold a room for £40000 a few years ago, and it is worthless now, I can't even sell for £5000!! Not a good way to waste your savings. It wasn't this branch in particular, but the same company.

GoogleAn update on my earlier post 2 months ago. Now (Wow) 4 out of 4 investments with RW Invest have crashed. Property might be a good investment but not with these guys. Check out Islington Plaza Liverpool- no guaranteed rent paid. Not £1 despite being occupied for at least 6 months. Guaranteed doesn’t mean guaranteed. Due diligence doesn’t mean they have done enough. They are great at getting you to hand over your money. Then zero support when it goes wrong. Don’t invest with RW-Invest.

GoogleI went to citypoint for projects with a startup, a high-end facility where you can only enter by invitation. The 11th floor I was on was very well organised, each company could occupy spaces with their own PC, there was also a small bar area where you could buy something. The external walls have very large glass from which it is possible to see the metropolitan panorama.

My recent experience with RW Invest has been terrible. Rent guaranteed but nothing paid. Don’t feel that they are looking after their investors. Bradley and Gary were great whilst I was buying but now feel deserted

Dear Andrea,The Developer, Capital, have been in touch to confirm that rent will be paid in October. Due to Covid-19 the student development had to be vacated. Since then, the occupancy levels of the development has been 9%. However, we spoke with the Developer's management agency, Homes for Students, this week who informed us that the occupancy level for the academic year 2020/21 is currently standing at 77% with more bookings being taken daily. This has been a really hard time for everybody including students, universities, and rental companies but we're confident that things are set to improve.
