Great help and support from Nick Nolan during the purchasing stage and then from Peter Sinclair and Gary Clarke during the construction phase including a visit to the Parliament Square Liverpool site prior to the on schedule completion. They are a very customer focused team who have proactively kept me updated on the construction process and been very responsive to any questions I had during the process.

Rachael has been excellent in supporting the purchase of the property. I had specific concerns over the certain engagements with the solicitor, and she was available every step of the way to advise, consult and even speak to the developer or solicitor on my behalf. Rachael would follow up regularly, and was always responsive to my queries. It made the purchase experience that much better with her care and attention.

I had the privilege of working with Ron Lloyd and Racheal Barkley.They were truly professional and assisted in addressing my long list of questions. However, most impressive was the follow through that was often required, due to the nature of my job.They were knowledgeable and in any instance where they could not address my concerns immediately, they followed through with other counterparties for resolution. Racheal (client care) provided step-by-step guidance and talked me through my next steps consistently to ensure I had reviewed documentation where required, addressed any concerns / queries and met deadlines.

Once contact with RW had been established our experience was positive throughout.We were impressed by the knowledge of James Crompton, our sales representative and the amount of time he spent with us showing us the show apartment at Parliament Square development and afterwards during sale negotiations. We did never feel pressurised.After we had reserved our apartment we were handed over to Daniel Stewart, our client care manager. He stayed in touch throughout the buying process. He listened well and found answers to all my questions. He was supportive, kind and again gave us a lot of time. It was a true pleasure to know him. We have now exchanged contracts.So all in all it was a very positive buying experience with RW.K.S.

Rachael, along with the other members of the team, Nick and Rachel, guided me through my purchase procedure with friendly efficiency They answered all my question and allayed my fears of buying off plan. All in all, I am happy with the team at RW Invest.However, proof of the “pudding will be in the eating”, so fingers crossed that the development will be completed on time with tenants installed.

I recently purchased an off-plan apartment in Liverpool. The team at RW Invest were just incredible. They were very tentative throughout the process, from virtually touring the property and the area to the final exchange of contracts. They took care of everything. The whole process run exceptionally smoothly. They were always accessible and tentative, followed up on all loose ends and provided all information and explanations timely.
