GoogleIt’s a trap saying that you will get 2 years assured rent, be careful. I have purchased a property on a rental assured by the information provided by RW invest On asking rentals they said it will be paid quarterly and should be coming from New-Regen I have waited but have not received the rent and when enquired they said it is now Capital Development and they will pay it I have waited , chased and yet no rent received from past 12 months. I have tenants in my property and they are paying rent , it’s a shame that the developers are enjoying that money and here I am paying the mortgage even in this hard times. On contacting RW invest numerous times I have been made aware that New-Regen are currently in legal with Nexus Residential, a development company at RW Invest, who are in the process of acquiring the site from New-Regen. They said that once this transaction is completed, Nexus Residential will be able to bring all outstanding rentals up to date, and they estimate that the payments will be made by the end of March 2020. yet no payment received till date. Again I have no choice left so started chasing RW invest and after 2 months they said now the plan is dropped and New- Regen will only pay the rent So I wasted 6 months chasing all and back to square 1 When I asked about this to RW invest , they slowly directed me to legal solicitor I believed in them but later I understood This is one of their solicitor to buy time. It was absolute waste of time as their solicitors wont reply back with any valid information In mean time Nexus Residential, a development company at RW Invest have purchased the development from New- Regen Now when I am chasing RW invest for my rentals they are not confirming who will pay and when the rentals will be paid. Its very painful as they still taking my rentals from tenants and not paying me.

GoogleRW Invest understood my investment requirements and tailored the Asset search accordingly. Saj Ali triggered the initial sales process and provided multiple options from the introduction stage of the Asset till my payment plan and then once initial deposit was paid Daniel Stewart captained till the exchange was completed. Each of their suggestions were fair and supportive specially during the core Covid period. My experience with them was fantastic and I am sure other investors will find the same. K N S

GoogleI have bought in 2 developments in liverpool on the advice of RW invest. Both have been a total disaster and as soon as they got their commission i have heard nothing from them, just left me high and dry and have had to try and sort my self. I truly wish I had never came across this company .They knew the the developments and the developers were seriously flawed but continued marketing. 3 years later many of my apartments are still not complete and received none of the guaranteed rentals. Would in no way would I recommend RW invest.

GoogleWhere is my money? After 3 years I have still not received any rental income! There is very minimal communication from the developer or RW. The only time contact is made by them, is to say they cannot make any payments. On top of that, the solicitor, recommended by RW, has ceased trading and I was not informed. New investors beware! When they tell you the income is guaranteed, it is not necessarily guaranteed, especially during this current COVID pandemic. My review 3 years ago, before they had my money: It is my first investment. I have been in contact with Emma Netherton. The transaction was smooth and their response were timely and professional. Highly recommended.

GoogleThe daunting task of investing from abroad was made easy for us by RW Invest. Everything was carried out expeditiously on their end. Thanks in particular to Tayla Roberts for her professionalism, prompt replies to any queries plus her general friendliness and willingness to help out as best she could even when we were asking questions that were only peripherally related to RW Invest's part in the property-buying process. Highly recommend, particularly to those looking to invest from abroad.

GoogleFirst rate support and service! I was looking for a couple of buy to let properties in Liverpool and was working through multiple developers pitching to me. RW Invest were clear and honest from the start and made the whole process of identifying my preferred properties all the easier. I then worked with Daniel Stewart who made the process of securing the units through to exchange seamless and very easy. Especially with the unprecedented times of lockdown, he could not do enough to not only accommodate restrictions but also assist in getting the deal over the line to exchange. I would highly recommend RW Invest as well as the team in Liverpool. I will certainly be using them again in the future when dipping back into the buy to let market

GoogleI am a first time property investor who invested in an off plan development in the Liverpool area (City Residence). My initial contact was with Esther who from day one provided exceptional service! She would always respond to all my questions in a timely manner and had the patience of a saint! She treated me like an individual and not just a number. Although it took me quite a while to “conjure” up the deposit, RW Invest didn’t ever apply any undue pressure so long as I provided them with regular updates. Tayla in the Client Care team has helped ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible. She coordinated discussions with the Solicitors and helped manage both mine and their expectations throughout the entire process. Tayla was extremely helpful and understanding, even when I informed her that the deposit transfer would take longer than the time allowed. Tayla was very professional and made me feel at ease at all times. She was always on the other end of the line to help with any queries and kept me in the loop throughout until exchange. I would like to say a huge thanks to both Esther and Tayla for the fantastic service provided; they are an asset to RW Invest who made my experience dealing with the organisation a very positive one and would have no hesitations recommending to my friends and family. GoogleWe have invested in an apartment in Liverpool through RW Invest . It's an under construction property and will be completed next year. RW have been brilliant with the whole process right from sale to the exchange of the contract. Rachael has been brilliant with exchange process and has always been on top of it with regular updates, feedback snd very polite, gentle reminders for filling out forms etc. He demeanour has been very friendly and warm. I'm sure she is a highly valuable employee of the firm. We look forward to the dealings upto next year and hope it will all be as smooth as the contract exchange was.

They answered all my questions quickly and helped to allay my fears of buying off plan. All in all, very impressed with the team at RW Invest. However the “proof of the pudding will be in the eating”, so fingers crossed that the development will be completed on time with tenants installed.
