Very prompt and speedy communication from Chloe Walker and Tom Morehouse throughout the property purchasing transaction. Whilst we were up against a certain deadline (not entirely sure who was driving that deadline but it certainly wasn't me), they were very patient with my delay in finding time to read through the legals and patient at answering my queries.

TrustpilotPre-exchange feedback
Tayla was following the matter up well and on timely manner , but the thing that I like to improve on, is to give the client more time to review the documents or to prepare before the dead line, not only 2 days before the deadline get informed you have to finish it today or tomorrow or in 2 days ! specifically when we had received the document on 2 days before the deadline .

TrustpilotThis is the first time I have used…
This is the first time I have used RWInvest and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Firstly, our interactions with the salesperson, Craig Knight, was fantastic. He was so knowledgable, accessible and professional and provided us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision. He certainly stands out compared to his peers in terms of his professionalism and talent.Secondly, our interactions with the post sales team in Gary Clarke were also excellent. He was very professional and helpful in showing us the site, surrounding areas and the building works. Both Craig and Gary have been excellent to work with and I look forward to working with them on future investments.

TrustpilotMost satisfying and a very pleasant experience
Most satisfying and a very pleasant experience with RW Invest! Right from the first call taken by Dennis Boateng, I was reassured that even as the first-time property investor I am in safe and expert hands. Dennis assisted through the process of finding a suitable property. I appreciate Dennis for providing me an excellent professional and transparent service considering my personal needs. On reservation of property, Tayla Roberts came in and did an incredible job in guiding me through the process liaising with lawyers up to exchange of contract. Tayla was always on hand to answer questions and willing to assist in a professional and polite manner. Even when Tayla was on holiday, her manager Daniel Stewart called and kept me updated. As a customer, I feel fully satisfied as Tayla kept me informed with regular calls and emails. I was impressed to receive Tayla’s call to let me know the next step that my case would be handed over to Post-sales Team, and still willing to be available when needed. I now expect similar nice experience with post-sale. Great experience of dealing with RW team. I would definitely use RW again and highly recommend them as true professionals. From me yes, they deserve 5-star. Keep up your good work, please.

GoogleMy property sale was handled by 2 competent individuals (Ben Fisher and Chloe Walker) I was very fortunate to have received a call from Ben, when I was in the process of exchanging contracts with a different competitor. It was because of Ben’s unique approach, I decided to cancel the existing deal and secure a deal with R W Invest. He is excellent at what he does. A true salesman who deserves recognition for his professionalism and amazing approach towards his clients. The transition to the lady that took over my account was seamless. Chloe was beyond fantastic - prompt, courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Chloe would always go above and beyond. A delightful young lady who would always answer my questions even out side of work hours. It’s because of theses guys I would highly recommend this company from my own personal experience.
