We are first time buyers of property in Liverpool

We are first time buyers of property in UK and for us was really hard to find investment company which we can trust. Our first contact was with Ben Fisher and it didn’t took long to make decision for purchase. He is not only a real professional but a very polite and helpful man. After choosing our apartment with Ben we started our communication with Chloe Walker from the Client Care Team. Her support through the process was absolutely priceless. She was there for us not every day but every minute. We had the fastest responses of our questions we’ve ever experienced. She is also very kind and helpful and it was pleasure for us to have her as our consultant until our Exchange Contract. The whole process until now was so easy for us so we are considering another deal. We can highly recommend RW Invest.

I would highly recommend using RWInvest…

I would highly recommend using RWInvest as they were very professional, friendly and efficient throughout the process. I particularly dealt with Hamid and Rachael. Hamid has been incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I have needed to ask questions. Rachael has been wonderful during the process, checking up to see if I need any further assistance and was also very friendly and helpful. This was particularly important for me as I am not an experienced investor and did need some help along the way to reassure me!

The dealings I had with the team…

The dealings I had with the team members; especially Tayla, are worth 5 stars; especially knowing that she was there to assist with any circumstances. In the process, during progression, there are different executives, that deal with that stage, all of whom work well together, in helping with your acquisition, as smoothly as possible.

Visit to The Summit Construction (guided by Gary Clarke)

I was guided by Gary Clarke from RWinvest to view the progress being made with The Summit Construction where I bought a Unit. The visit went very well, and Gary was so friendly, patient and professional enough to provide us with any needed explanation to all our enquiries. It was exciting to see in reality how the Construction is taking great shape.

Element Building Unit Liverpool We decided to buy a unit at the Element building. Following a series of repeated queries from my wife and me (being overseas buyers),we got all answers we needed in time. Tayla was super prompt in her responses and so helpful! Daniel ignored the heavy snow and visited the site after our request to take latest photos of the building and send them to us immediately. Thank you guys!

I want to share my recent experience with Rachael Barkley. Rachael has been excellent in follow ups, making sure everything was up to date, asking for guidance with her colleagues for some of the questions I had, all and all an excellent experience! My experience with Angus Howard was also excellent, Angus was very concise in his presentations and adapted his proposals according to my situation
