very poor communication initially (A 2-star rating). Our apartment at Element the Quarter is almost complete. I have sent an email ten days ago with some queries and received no reply. We also sent a number of emails last week to try to arrange viewing but again no reply neither to emails nor to voice mails. We only got an email reply today with apologies that the email went in Junk! I wonder why this happened specifically on this occasion although there were some previous communications using the same email? and what a coincidence to decide to check the Junk folder today! Not pleasant!!UPDATE on 26thOctober2023: Gary Clarke at RWinvest has been dealing with the issue mentioned above since this review was first published last month. He has been very professional in keeping me updated on the arrangements for viewing the property until a date was set for the visit on 25/10/23. He was there for us on arrival, showed us around the building and took us to view our apartment. The communication was brilliant and the development looks impressive with some brilliant on-site services such as the laundry room and the secured bike store room. He managed to make it up for us after the initial negative experience and hence I edited the rating to 4 stars! Thank you Gary!

they lie about the deal they make just to get the sale so be carefull.the solicitors they recommend namely Excell law are in the developers side rather than your side,I am thinking of taking this matter up with Law society.The development overall is ok, the cinema rooms a joke, a tv with a couch in front lol 😂 the rental return yet to be seen what amount will land in my account, aint got much faith in that too, in reality i just got tangoed.Louise Mcgibbon was excellent in showing us around and gets full marks ✅

Ok, so i have now been through the whole cycle.Tbh I wish i had put the phone down on the first call i had.The property was over a year late and it seemed as time went by all the cards were stacked against me.It felt like i was a small fish swimming with sharks, I felt my inexperience of dealing with property development worked against me and as I say I wish i had not got involved.I would sing the praise of Tom Southern, who had me questioning and moaning at every stage. We have know completed, but it felt like a super struggle , full of hassle and disappointments.It certainly feels like a normal family like us, should have left this type of buy off plan investment to the professionals.We were excited when we started our journey (see my earlier posts) but it ended up feeling like a trip to the dentist!

GoogleHorrible Horrible developer. We have been left destitute after their Fabric District failed. No communication or support. Do not invest with them. We had high hopes but has been nothing short of a disaster. 4 years on and we still have no answers.

GoogleDuring the purchase process in June 2018, I had an excellent service from RWinvest . However, I don't recommend at all to purchase! You might end up like me and the other investors who saw themselves frustrated and not even worth trying to have our money back because the invested amount is small considering the exorbitant price of legal fees and the chances to get your rights back because of the way the contract exchange has happened. Below is the story and you will know in the conclusion who their target audience to sell for. - First Promise Failure: Deadline of the completion date. After having the contract exchange processed, I was in continuous follow up as I could see that the completion date is impossible to be met which was April 2019. The excuses were many and my reply to them used to be "you promised to provide us trusted and well reputed developer" the answer used to come in a mean that the developer will anticipate.... Of course the deadline delay was covered legally... therefore, we have been informed that definitely by September 2019 it will be finalized and they provided us at a later stage with a partial certificate of completion so we can pay the required amount to complete the 75% of the full value. However, the second deadline failed and they again promised us by March 2020. The reality is that the third promise was surely not going to happen but they collected the amount as per the contract and generated a completion certificate... - The First Shocking News! During March 2020 Covid-19 started to hit hard and they used this reason to buy more time. However, we understood later that the building can't be completed due to issues with the city council as it doesn't meet the regulation requirements!!!! We explored this reason after administration announcement done by the developer! - The Second Shocking News! After knowing that, we, as apartments' buyers, will get some of our invested amount returned as creditors (way less than 50%). I explored that the same project had issues and was bought by the developer and my apartment was registered under someone else's name and RWinvest didn't inform me about that! I leave it to you to imagine what kind of company is this!!!! - The Third Shocking News! The appointed solicitor didn't register my contract in the land registry!!! I leave it to you to imagine as well why this has happened? - The Fourth Shocking News! I will get 0% back from what I have invested because of the above reasons. My wife will write her review about the same experience in the same project (Fabric District) and about the second project called Hamilton Hub that we did invest in during summer 2018 as well ad we got 0 return to this moment...... and it has shocking news too... Majority of the investors that I got connected with were foreigners not living and residing in the UK and this might be a strategy and I let you imagine why RWinvest has done this.... Note: I only highlighted some of the issues and there are more facts that I will be publishing. Watch out! Charly

Trustpilot20 months into paying a deposit and the…
20 months into paying a deposit and the first 15% payments of the property...........construction was not started and requested the funds to be returned or if possible to re invest into an active development. Not returned the funds and still owed in the region of 50000GBP. I would not recommend this company for investing.RW invest have responded below but for anyone that would like proof of their very poor service including the facts that the development did not start on the correct date and the fact I am still owed 50000GBP which I am having to get back via solicitors. Avoid this business. When I receive my money back, I will remove the bad review its pretty simple.

As you declined to make the payment due under your contract, the developer exercised its right to terminate the contract as you did not meet your contractual obligations. This is outside the control of RWinvest.As your contract was terminated by the developer due to you not meeting your contractual obligations, you are not entitled to a refund of the deposit as your review claims. We note that your solicitors have also formally informed you of this.We also note that our post exchange team had been in constant communication with you regarding your contractual obligations prior to the payment deadline date, but despite this, these obligations were still not met.RWinvest.
