GoogleAdam at RW was extremely attentive in guiding us through our purchase of a property in Manchester, and was there to provide solutions to any hiccups along the way, despite being overseas and juggling multiple timezones. Recommended, would definitely use again.

GoogleThis was the most daunting experience for me I had never heard of RW invest im based in London so not local to me ! I can honestly say they have put my mind at rest from day one answering all my questions I had , true professionals, I am not experienced in buying off plan or for a rental income but I have to say the process has been smooth from sales to Chloe in client care and now I’m handed over to the final stage for the site visits I feel very relaxed and happy with how amazing the team have been. I I can’t wait now to see the end built ! Thanks 🙏

RWInvest, as their name suggests, are principally agents dealing with investors so our dealings with them as owner-occupiers (or buy to live rather than buy to let) has been an interesting experience for both of parties.RWInvest staff, we have dealt principally with 3-people, have been consistently professional throughout. They have also been friendly, helpful, understanding and proactive throughout a lengthy negotiation process (approximately 9-months from deposit to exchange) and always recognised the need for a win-win solution for both the developer, the seller, and ourselves, the buyers, seeking to find a home for the next few decades (we hope).I must admit that we were first wary of working with agents who exclusively (?) work with investors but our experience has been very positive and, whatever your position as a buyer (buy to let or buy to live) we would recommend RWInvest as agents to work with to help you achieve your desired outcome.

We met Kallum from RW Invest on a short notice while visiting Liverpool. To be honest, we felt at home during our visit the minute we met. Kallum was waiting for us to walk us up, did a mini-tour visit of the facility, and candidly answered all of our questions regarding the unit. He took notes for our inquiries, and wrote us back the following business day. He then walked us around for a tour of the intended investment. Curteous, meticulous and helpful, we cannot have asked for more professionalism on the job. Kallum radiates honesty which builds on the trust factor that client expects, especially across cultures.

TrustpilotBEWARE: failed development, no screening, meagre support
BEWARE: in my experience, if anything goes south with the development you will get zero support or genuine information from RWInvest. They are good at marketing the properties, but that is it. They seem to do no screening at all, so whether the development succeeds or not is a matter of luck.Bought an apartment in a new Liverpool development that RWInvest marketed, they told me the developer had a very good track record. The developer went bankrupt, it is in administration now. 5+ years after having paid for it, there is no building, no alternative, and the investors have lost all of our money.RWInvest have mostly ignored my emails and phone calls, and in the few cases they answered the response was completely unhelpful.
Hi Kepa,Thank you for your feedback and whilst we take onboard your comments, we must stress that the contents of your review are in parts, inaccurate and defamatory.We completely sympathise with any challenges you may have faced your side and will always be here to help where we can.Your comments re zero support are unfounded as we have a Post-Exchange department, solely here to support our clients with whatever they require and they have not received any contact from you since at least 2022.Within your specific project, firstly, it is understandable re your frustrations, but you are aware we worked tirelessly with the developer to source the best possible next step and you gave authority your side to speak with them and the team re their proposal, Kepa.This is unfortunately an ongoing matter between the developer and the relevant channels are you are aware of you can contact their side for any and all updates re next steps and progress.However, as per the above, our Post-Exchange department are on hand to support where they can and will always be a POC for you as well as any client who requires RWinvests support.If you wish to discuss further, please liaise with the contacts you have been provided re your project or alternatively, our Post-Exchange department.RWinvest

I wish I’d have given them -1. I completed everything and exchange occurred in Sep 2023 in which I was meant to get my net rental assurance towards end of Dec 2023. I have been chasing the company for so long with no respect to my emails. Worst investment I have ever made and highly not recommend.Update: One of their team called Peter was outstanding and super helpful so he reached out in no time and ensured someone from Legacy get back to me and my rent was transferred within 24 hours so that was outstanding performance from him after months of chasing. Thanks Peter
