GoogleWe purchased a property through these guys back in 2019. Today, 5 years later, we are struggling to sell the property for even half the price we paid. We also had 5 years of issues with them and with the developers. They are very good at selling and will provide you with compelling arguments for any concerns you might have. However, the prices of the properties they offer are incredibly inflated. If you are talking to them and considering your options, I recommend avoiding this and buying directly from the market. Simply go on Zoopla and Rightmove. You might even see the EXACT same properties they are selling but for a fraction of the price.
Dear Kareem, We appreciate your frustration but it is important to note that the property you purchased was a purpose built student accommodation purchased prior to the global Covid-19 Pandemic. As you may recall, the pandemic impacted on every business sector across the UK but in particular the impact on the student rental market was particularly severe and long lasting in respect of properties built before the pandemic. During the pandemic many students had to vacate properties and return home to study. This in turn had an unprecedented impact on the student rental market. Further to this, further unforeseen economic factors such as rising national minimum wages, the cost of living and energy crisis felt across the UK have all seen increases to basic service costs, as well as energy costs, which although could not have been foreseen, have contributed to increased service charge budgets across the industry as a whole. This in turn will naturally have an impact as outlined in your feedback however we expect that that given time, rental values will continue to rise, which in turn will offset increased service costs, and lead to a positive impact on property values. We have tried to reach out to you following your feedback, but were unable to make contact. We are always available to assist where possible and if you would like to discuss the matter further we would urge you to contact our Post-Exchange department at your earliest convenience. RWinvest.

Simply, go on Zoopla and Rightmove. You might even see the EXACT same properties they are selling but for a fraction of the price.Update: They are referencing Covid in their response which is a joke. Make a 30-second research on Google and you will arrive at the conclusion that the student housing market in the UK recovered 2 years ago.Here's a live example of why you should avoid RWInvest: Look up Citypoint Liverpool on Google. Go on the results from Rightmove and you will see that the rooms there are being sold for as low as 20k.Now go to RWInvest's website, you will see the same rooms being offered at 60-80k By the time you read this, they might've removed the webpage. However, you can do a similar thing with any of their other listings assuming it's a completed building. If it's not, then keep reading the 1-star reviews and you will notice that many people haven't received their properties although they were promised of completion years ago. As simple as that!

GoogleRWinvest publish advertisements on Rightmove at certain prices. However, those properties do not exist when enquired..it’s just a fake marketing scheme they use to attract people. Don’t fall for it.. if you fill out a request for a brochure, they will then spam your inbox and make calls to promote other expensive investments .. I have screenshots of few advertisements as proof..

Friendly Efficient Service from the outset with Daniel Woodbridge, Everything was explained and then furthermore verified (where possible) with past track record data, quite clearly he is extremely passionate about what he does and is an absolute professional in this field when it comes to buyers and getting to understand them and their needs, He couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable purchasing through RW Invest. Once the sale was agreed, Adam Burns of the Client Care Team took over with the admin side, he was equally professional and consistent in his detailed explanations and follow ups in the steps required to exchange on the sale and more importantly he was so patient. I also had the pleasure of meeting with one of the `RW's Directors, Felix, in their offices in London and the business ethos was clear........ meeting the needs of their clients giving the best professional service possible and making the experience "A Good One", in order to build long term business relationships and that's exactly what I feel. GoogleI wanted to start by saying I very rarely leave reviews but in full transparency the RW Invest team do deserve one. I bought an investment property in Liverpool given the growth trajectory of the area. They did a fantastic job of educating me on the market and where would be best suited for the investment - They provide a consultative service and take the salesy approach out of the discussion. James and Lewis did great job of making me feel at ease but also there were ample examples of them going above and beyond, they're great sales people and someone i'd want on my team! With regards to aftercare, Daniel and Chloe have also been rockstars, again - fantastic customer service and no question is ever too much. They also pick up the phone knowing who you are and if they dont know the answer they wont just make something up, they'll find out and come back to you! All in a very swift manner! Typically in the past i've found that sales people want to get the deal over the line so are very attentive but when it comes to aftercare it can drop off, this absolutely hasnt been the case and its been really refreshing! From what i've seen it looks like Legacie are taking over the regeneration of Liverpool and i'd strongly recommend RW invest as a way of getting involved. Great customer service all around and somene is doing a great job of training the team and putting it at the forefront of everything they do.
