GoogleBy far the best letting agent in the area from Enquiry to helping you settle down. Specific Call out for Shirley Wells and Helen Marvell who went beyond to make the experience smooth. Shirley proactively kept suggesting various properties which suits our needs and was accommodative of our requests. Helen did everything she can, including following up late hours, to address teething issues while we were settling down - all in all star team!

GoogleThe one star is for finding good tenants. I paid a high price for full management services over a few years, which sadly were rarely met. Despite attempts to redress the issues, their excuses included staff changes have been made, Covid prevented us from doing it (20% of tenancy), inventory agent changes have been made, and why didn't you report that before as it's too late now (having not had replies to previous attempts to address the failures of lettings management). The director Simon Blitz intimidated me when speaking with him directly - though he can certainly turn on the charm if there is an audience. Emails from his with disparaging comments about the tenants were highly unprofessional. I would recommend their tenant finding service, with checks on references and credit, but I would strongly advise avoiding any lettings management. Suffice to say I liaised directly with the tenants for the last few years as we all wanted to avoid the unreliable and sub-standard services Robsons allege to provide.

GoogleJo at Robsons was extremely helpful in all aspects from initial viewing to completion of our let. She kept us up to date on the process at every step along the way. Compared to other letting agents who couldn’t even be bothered to call back, and when they did failed to deliver on viewing appointments this was a breeze. I can thoroughly recommend Jo and Robsons.

GoogleThe way to look for a property to rent was not easy. It was very grateful for me to meet Jo Anwar in Robsons, she was really very helpful and gave us a lot of advice and very patient to listen to my questions. During the process, I had been contacted by many letting agents and only Jo worked wholeheartedly on my case. I will highly recommend Jo Anwar and Robsons to my friends who could be reliable on.

GoogleI worked with Shirley Wells in the Robsons Letting Team. She was absolutely fantastic at helping me find a rental property locally. Shirley checked in with me most days, arranging viewings late into the evening for me, on two occasions. Shirley was so professional and friendly, all in one. I cannot recommend Robsons Lettings highly enough.

GoogleDuring my renting period, I have had a very bad experience with Robsons. They made the contract just 1 day before the starting date of the rent. On the last day before the rent started they asked for my bank statements. The property's advertisement was still on web sites after I moved in. They are doing the property management as well but I have sent emails and made phone calls about some issues about the property such as the heater in the bathroom is not working, they even did not respond. I had to speak to the landlord and he took care of it. It's understandable that estate agents always care about landlords, look for better deals better tenants but I think this is the one who makes you feel most like you are not any important as a tenant.

GoogleWe're an Italian couple who moved to London for six months and needed an apartment. We turned to Robsons, apparently because they had good reviews. We found an apartment and immediately made a bank transfer, paying the first month's rent, security deposit, and agency fees (€3,500). Despite the payment, after five days the landlord decided to back out for no reason, and the agency completely ignored the matter, arguing that it wasn't their fault. Wanting our money back, we had to wait another two weeks for the refund, adding insult to injury.

GoogleWorst agent ever. 49days to get a deposit return quote and then comical rubbish like 10gbp to dust a fan and 260gbp for homeless people leaving rubbish in communal areas. Even or a deposit amounts in despite, 49 days before any reply or amount is insane...
