James not only made sure to get a detailed understanding of what I was looking for, but also regularly sent me properties that matched my criteria, and went out of his way to arrange viewings for me and keep me up to data with any developments in terms of potential offers, etc. A breath of fresh air in the industry, and couldn't recommend more highly!

GoogleRobson's did a wonderful job in presenting the property we were interested in renting, and particularly Gabriella, who did a phenomenal job in making sure we were aware of not only the process we needed to follow, ensuring the landlord and ourselves were on the same page, but even going above and beyond to check her industry contacts to find out about our other rental propositions. GoogleAlthough we didn’t end up securing a property with Robsons, the one associate we interacted with regularly, Gabriela, was simply a pleasure to work with. We never once felt like just another ‘number’ as you do with many estate agents. She was careful to adapt to our needs each time we spoke on the phone or went for a viewing, and kept us updated with the progress of our offer. I felt we were always in the know, and had a friendly voice down the phone to reassure us with other options.
