I met Lliam when he was in the Moor Park Office at Robsons. From the first moment I met him, I liked his professionalism and honesty. A charming character who always had my best interests at heart. He worked hard to introduce me to my buyer for my house in Moor Park, who has finally exchanged recently. Unfortunately Lliam got moved ( not sure why) to the Chorleywood office. Moor Parks loss and Chorleywood’s gain. Lliam has a very positive character, who gives 100% to his job. Although he’s moved on, I do miss him and am grateful in helping me sell my house. We have recently bought our first home through Robsons, and I cannot thank the team enough for all their hard work throughout what was a very long and stressful process. A special thank you to Jack Dagger, who tirelessly helped us find the right property. As very fussy first-time buyers looking for our forever home, we turned down quite a few houses along the way! Jack was patient, approachable, and genuinely so lovely to deal with throughout. In fact, if it wasn't for Jack's persistence and encouragement to at least come and view a house, we probably would never have seen it. Thankfully we did, because it turned out to be our forever home. Dean Holmes was also fantastic throughout the process. As anxious first-time buyers, Dean was always happy to help. No question was ever too much trouble, and he was consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Finally, a huge thank you to Scott Elliott. There were plenty of ups and downs and with a complicated chain involved, it would have been easy for things to fall apart. Despite being incredibly busy, Scott worked hard behind the scenes to keep everyone motivated and moving forward. His ability to keep the chain together and all parties happy was remarkable. In all honesty, I fully believe the chain would have collapsed without him. He is undoubtedly a talented negotiator and salesman, and I genuinely believe our purchase would not have completed without his involvement. Having dealt with the team throughout this process, it's easy to see why Robsons have such a strong presence across North West London. Their professionalism, communication, and commitment to getting deals over the line really set them apart. We would highly recommend Robsons to anyone buying or selling a property.

Top notch estate agent. In the space of 3 years I sold 5 houses for myself or family. Two of which had broken chain or probate issues so the sales fell through and multiple times on for one sale. So my experience of Estate Agents in the area and country wide is probably more than average. Robsons was the last estate agent I dealt with in this chain of events. In hindsight I realise that they gave excellent advice, which initially I thought was estate agent talk and them trying to improve their chances of selling an identical house 2 doors down that was already on their books, but sadly it was the right advice I didn’t take and the other house sold quickly when it came back on in the market the next spring. I dealt with Cameron and Matt the manager mainly. I had to complement Matt about Cameron as there were some complex turns in this last house sale. The way Cameron spoke with me was so genuine and reassuring and definitely not the “typical sales person/Estate agent” speak you can have where you feel people are going through the motions or just shmoojing you to get a sale out of you or get you off the phone.
