GoogleGabriela Whight-Castillo of Robsons has been very helpful in finding a number of potentially suitable properties for us to rent. Out of the four estate agents we contacted in the Rickmansworth/Chorleywood area Robson s was the only company to get us to view properties, partly because they responded quickly but mainly because the others didn't establish a personal connection with us.

GoogleCrunchy Love , I am very grateful to Robsons Letting Agency. I had excellent customer service and a quick response. 100% will recommend all FnF. I already recommended a friend to this company. If you are tired of false advertising on the "Lettings platform" or "pay registration fee" and not getting what you are looking for, try Robsons. One thing is for sure: they will not waste your time or interest you. with false or fraudulent advertisements. I have also been registered by 2 other agencies. And I lost 2 weeks but with the help of Robsons I got 2 properties on my watch list in one business day. And now I'm in my sweet home ( Studio Apartment🤪🤪).

GoogleCurrently in the process of renting a flat through Robsons and so far everything has been properly explained and going smoothly. Although it is a bit tricky for me to be available for phone calls during working hours, any points James and his team needed from my side have been sorted very quickly since we started this process and they've also been responsive via emails. So far so good and I hope it will remain like this until the end.

GoogleWhile I did not end up agreeing a tenancy through Robsons, I am leaving this review because of the absolutely outstanding service I received from James Winter of their lettings team. I was searching for a rental property that would be suitable for a wheelchair user, which is a serious challenge in the current rental climate. However, James was incredibly knowledgeable about the properties Robsons had available, and routinely went above and beyond to try and identify suitable properties for us to view. When other agents in the area wouldn’t even call me back (I was given the impression that trying to help a disabled tenant find somewhere suitable was too much of a time investment for most, when the lettings market is moving so quickly), James regularly called to check in and provide fresh options, and continuously impressed me with his genuine want to help, his knowledge and approachability. For anyone looking to rent in and around the Harrow area, I would strongly recommend James as a letting agent, as he is possibly the best and most helpful in the entire area (I should know, I’ve spoken to most of them)! Thank you James, for all your help!

GoogleRobsons have been looking after our rental property for many years and do a great job. They find our tenants and take care of all the management and maintenance for us. Sam in their Property Management department takes care of us and our tenant on a daily basis and is great to work with. He is responsive and gets things done while reporting back to us in a clear and accurate way. So much better than the previous company that we used to use.

James and Simon (and indeed the rest of the team) have been extremely professional, helpful and responsive both during the search for a suitable rental property and then the work to get us to the point of moving in. They have been very patient (and knowledgeable) in answering our numerous questions! I would unhesitatingly recommend them and Robsons if you are looking to rent a property.

GoogleMy wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the service Gabriela at Robsons provided, specifically, Gabriela was a superstar. She listened to our needs and requirements and made sure to regularly touch base as new properties became available. Other letting agents just sent anything without any filter or listening to our needs which focussed our search via Robsons. Her knowledge of the local areas, properties on the books and how these could fit our needs was brilliant. Gabriela was super responsive and proactive at all times and ensured we were able to view a range of properties at convenient times/dates for us. Her case notes ensured her colleagues were also able to very much help any time we called and the viewings were brilliant with friendly and understanding agents who wanted us to make sure we would be happy with the property (no pressure of supposed other offers etc). In fact every member of the Robsons staff were friendly, polite, efficient and ready and willing to help. On this occasion our requirements were too specific to match to the properties available, but we would not hesitate to recommend Gabriela and the Robsons team.

GoogleGreat team! James has been particularly attentive and patient with our enquiry, and has carefully listened to our needs and offered the best available solutions. Although we found an alternative property (for personal reasons, as Robson's catalogue had amazing properties in great areas), we will for sure contact them again when looking into the market.
